DO NOT USE BETOVO!!!!

I deposited a $100 to the account and got a 100% bonus as well with a 6x rollover. But after I made two completely normal bets in my account, they started to restrict all my bets to under $1. I have $200 in the account but they cannot be withdrawn until I clear the rollover ($1100 rollover left). Also they will confiscate your money in the account if you don't complete the rollover within a month. So they basically don't allow you to bet and expect you to clear the rollover within a month by betting less than $1 on every bet! Absolute scam!!!

I only realised this was a complete scam site when I tried to withdraw my funds. Please avoid at all costs.

My experience with Betovo was extremely disappointing and left me questioning whether player protection is taken seriously at all.

After asking for my account to be closed, I was still able to continue gambling. The restriction was not effective, and I was allowed to keep depositing money without any meaningful intervention.

Within only a few days, I deposited more than €10,000. Despite this extraordinary level of gambling activity, no responsible gambling checks appeared to take place. The only time additional verification was requested was when I attempted to withdraw funds—not while thousands of euros were being deposited.

In my opinion, this is exactly the opposite of how a responsible gambling operator should act. Verification and affordability checks should be carried out before allowing excessive gambling, not after the money has already been lost.

As someone struggling with gambling addiction, I expected much stronger safeguards. Instead, I found it far too easy to continue gambling and depositing large sums of money.

Based on my personal experience, Betovo failed to provide an adequate level of player protection, and I cannot recommend this operator to anyone who values responsible gambling.

Vorsicht.

They are Dangerous don't used this bookmaker, they do everything for don.t paying you when you win!

Anyone also cannot login to their site? I still have $1600 CAD in my account, before that I kept trying to verify the proof of deposit and they just kept cancelling my withdraw without noticing me.

FRAUDULENT TIMESTAMPS & ILLEGAL ACCOUNT CLOSURE (UK Police Reported)

I strongly advise everyone to avoid Betovo Casino and any SoftGenius N.V. brands. They operate a highly deceptive system.
They confiscated my €500 balance by completely fabricating transaction timestamps. They canceled my withdrawal requested at 18:01, falsely claiming it was tied to a deposit that happened an hour later, at 19:06 – a physical and chronological impossibility.

When I provided official bank statements proving they were lying, and informed their management that I am reporting their UK-based payment processors (Qpneu and Reint) to the UK authorities, they panicked. Betovo immediately and silently locked my account without any notice.

This retaliatory "risk closure" was done purely to hide my transaction history, cover up their fabricated timelines, and block me from accessing the chat logs. They didn't even process the mandatory manual refund of my original funds upon account closure.

An official police report has been filed with the UK National Fraud & Cyber Crime Centre, and the FCA has been notified.

Save your money and stay away from this scam operation!

Also Geld annehmen machen sie gerne.

Please read this before you deposit. They keep your money! When I wanted to withdraw I did all kind of different verification steps (Identity documents, proof of address, just the usual stuff…). It didn’t stop there. They started to ask weird things like my credit card details for “verification purposes” and wanted me to upload selfies with all kind of verification documents like they tried to steal my identity or sth. I’ve never had to provide that much data for a bookie. They still asked for more so I gave up.l and realised they will never pay me. Huge Scam…

I don't recommend it to anyone! The deposit and the game work, everything is good, but if by chance it's time to withdraw, they just waste time, asking for all kinds of bank statements about the deposit, I sent them about 10 PDF files about my transactions, and a bank statement and it's not suitable for them. They even asked me to take a photo of the bank card so that the first 6 and last 4 digits are visible, the CVC code is not needed. I don't know how legal this is.. I started my withdrawal about 5 days ago, nothing since then, only arguing with the live chat, they are useless.. I don't know if I will ever see my winnings, I think I should let them go.
