If I could give them zero stars I would. Appalling bonus system - sure, of course it’s in the smallprint but the hoops you have to go through to get bonuses are crazy and unlike any other betting site I have come across which do simple bonuses straight away. Then when I did get a bonus, the email went to my junk folder (miraculously when all their other emails came through fine) meaning I missed it and ran out of time. Then I had to verify myself which it said I did, gave me a tick on my profile but then I could still not put a bet on. They took my money fine though! Turns out I wasn’t verified, I had to do something else, missed a great winner and not a thought of recompense or compensation or anything for any of these troubles. The worst betting site I have ever come across by a mile with shockingly bad customer service. COULDN’T RECOMMEND LESS, DO NOT USE, GLORIFIED CON ARTISTS.

Terrible Bonus System and Poor Customer Service
I’ve had a really disappointing experience with this gambling site. The support team is incredibly slow to respond to even simple questions. Their bonus system is even worse. They don’t clearly explain that once you deposit for a bonus, you’re locked into certain games and can’t play anything else unless you cancel the bonus entirely. It feels misleading and inconvenient. Definitely not a site I’d recommend.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company, they are refusing for me to withdraw £123 with no foundation. Not sure if completely scam site but sure feels like it. I would avoid and use a recognised name in the industry rather than one with no history and dubious practices.
