This is a terrible company and one which I would avoid.
I have been trying to contact them for a long time regarding a withdrawal which I have not received and I only get silence back. Disgraceful.

Absolutely appalled at the level of support and slow withdrawal/verification process. Paid in 2000, trying to withdraw 4000 and keep getting excuse after excuse like "docs couldnt be opened" even though they are fine and I can open them. I can't recommend this company. I seriously hope i get my funds soon!

People, this is another one of the sister websites owned by Progressive Play in Malta. Just like the others (mobilewins etc), they do NOT pay out.
They are licences to trade in UK and I have no idea why authorities cannot put a stop to the scam they pull.

Research your bookies before you deposit. We sometimes forget about it once the signing up process goes so easy but then if you want to withdraw, that’s when it all goes wrong and you come on here to search for the bookie and these reviews are all you will find.

It looks like no one will do anything about these cheats unless we together make an appeal to the gambling commission or ombudsman. Trading standards or even BBC rogue traders.
Otherwise hundred more will get caught like we did.

Under no circumstances should you bet at Betdukes. Do not follow their own terms and conditions. I bet exclusively on the NBA. Passed verification before the deposit without problems. Made 2 deposits of 900 pounds now on account of 2560 pounds, which I can not withdraw. Although my account is completely verified. When I was able to win not a large sum, many problems began. I provided all the necessary documents + all the additional ones required, but it was not enough. Now they demand that I go to a notary and certify my documents. They also want me to notarize my utility bill and
bank card. But I never made a deposit through a bank card. And according to their rules for the British player, they had to ask everything they needed before the first deposit. As it is specified in them in rules and also it obliges to do them the gambling commission to which they are subordinated. In this situation, I am constantly ignored. Now appealed to regulatory authorities. Therefore, the reputation of Betdukes wants the best, do not make a deposit with them in any case.

Holding £850 of MY MONEY and sent everything they need and still not giving me my money.

Every bad review on here are lying….. this company is way worse than what anyone has said so far! They closed my account today without warning and told me to contact customer service to discuss. After trying several times on the online chat I eventually got through to someone who was just a robot and basically avoided every question I asked, I wouldn’t be surprised if the people that worked for this company all got given a handbook to read from and to not deviate from it at all! I eventually found out that they closed my account due to me requesting my account to be closed last week with a sister site (which I was unaware was). But yet since last weeks request betdukes have still accepted my deposits and my bets, but in an unbelievable coincidence my account gets closed today when I win a bet!haha so the current state of play is that the account is still closed, they are illegally withholding my withdrawal and my remaining open bet that has since won. I have complained but reading other reviews Ive got more chance of discovering the cure for COVID-19 than I have getting a reply from these criminals. If I don’t get my withdrawals in the next 3 days and a reply to my complaint ASAP I’ll be processing my complaint to the gambling commission and also taking legal action. I urge anyone who has been that unfortunate to have dealings with these scum bags to do the same and hopefully get this fake scam artists shut down for good! Just forget about them, dont sign up or use them, charge £2.50 to withdraw your own money, free bet that isnt. I won a bet and had it marked as a losing bet, raised the issued, 'no time frame to clear the matter up'.

An absolute bunch of sharks, avoid at all costs, send you 2 different codes on signup, then tell you that you havent entered the correct deposit code to get the signup bonus, absolute cowboys.

The website itself is incredibly badly formatted both on mobile and PC so even getting bets placed is a nightmare. The worst part however is that they claim all their sneaky ways of conning you out of money is clear in their terms & conditions when it really isn't.

Firstly, a x10 wagering on a free bet is becoming archaic at best, but that you lose any access to any of these active bonuses the second you withdraw any unrelated real money from your account, on top of the sneaky £2.50 withdrawal fee is downright horrific for a company trying to get customers.

Customer service is a joke and incredibly unhelpful at best.

Site is OK with good selection of sports and markets if a bit painful to find your selection to place your bet (on android phone)
But...... a £2.50 fee to withdraw your money..... (probably a reason no other bookie does this)
Still waiting on my free bet for opening account offer and I appear to have enough points for £30 free bet. But this isn't possible to select. Sent enquiry email and received no reply as of yet

I am waiting to withdraw money I won, and my own deposits for days now. And I can’t get an answer why I am waiting. There is something very shady about this site, and all these other progressplay sites, there’s hundreds of them, why? Avoid all of them.

Terrible company scammers. I put £50 on a game which should have void. They won’t pay my stake back and are just saying that the “complaint” has been passed to their “sports specialist” problem is not one customer service agent knows anything about sports or rules around betting. 100% AVOID

Any positive reviews on here are clearly planted by Bet Dukes… It’s a terrible betting house. Firstly, a very basic disadvantage/scam: You have to pay £2.50 for withdrawal which is well hidden in sign ups and advertising. Outrageous.

Also the sign up offer £20 ‘free bet’ is a scam. You have to wager this free bet ten times successfully for it to even become withdrawable cash. This is a long and difficult process alone. Then, after all that, you can only withdraw £20 maximum (even if you made it into £500). Obviously you then have to pay the withdrawal fee of £2.50 so that becomes £17.50.

Hands down the worst betting site around.
Not only will they charge you for withdrawing your own winnings, but they make it so you can't possibly win on a free bet.
You have to wager your winnings 10 times in order to convert it into real money and even then the most they will give you is £20. They are just trying to lure you in with that free bet.
When i complained about this on live chat i was told to read the terms and conditions and it was my choice to place the bet.
AVOID!!!!!!

So they give you a £10 "free" bet if you place bets of £25. If you place your free bet and it wins you do not win that money. This is unbelievable but very true. You have to make 10 x times the amount of your first win. So I placed my £10 free bet on Lyon when they were 1-0 down to monaco. They won and I won £39. I asked ellie (live chat) how to withdraw the £39 as it was still in my bonus balance and not my real balance and she told me that I couldn't withdraw any of it until I had made at least £390 and unbelievably she then said that they would give me only £20 of it. So I'm not a customer, I'm an employee. I asked not to receive anymore "free bets" as I don't have the time to be making a company £370 and only getting paid £20. Also if you have money in your real balance and you withdraw it then you lose all the money in your bonus balance so they're trying to hold your winnings as ransom. You also cannot place bets using your bonus balance until all the money in your real balance has been used. Stay away from them is my advice. You will 100% regret signing up with betdukes.
