Quero a situação resolvida o quanto antes.

Hello, Dear Iris Alverca!
We’re sorry you had a negative impression.
We understand, it is unpleasant to find out that your game account is frozen. At the same time, we act strictly within the established rules. Account verification is carried out in all bookmaker companies as one of the security measures for clients’ accounts.
UPD:
Thank you for the data provided. We are always striving to improve our customers' experience and help you. Your video call failed for technical reasons. We have received information that you have been scheduled for a new video call on 11.04.2025. Please be on the call at the scheduled time, our specialists will contact you.
In our company, verification may take 60 or more (in rare cases) days.
Checking an account is a whole range of different actions, the timing of which varies, and therefore the above time is laid. However, this does not mean that this period applies to absolutely all accounts. For our part, our specialists make every effort to shorten the verification timeframe and make a decision as quickly as possible.
The verification period is specified in our rules, and by registering on our site, you agree to them.
Upon completion of the verification, you will receive a notification to your contact email address.
Have a nice day!
Best regards, BetAndreas.

Stay away !!
Edit: They closed down my account with all the funds inside. They didn't even give my deposit.
I have been a member of this site for 5 years and have occasionally placed bets. I've been lucky lately and have won some money. As you can imagine, they froze my account
So we had a skype call for verification 5 days ago. Still my account is frozen and looks like they don't give my winnings. I recommend you to stay away from Betandreas. They will not give your money.

We see that you are left with negative emotions.
Account verification is carried out in all bookmaker companies as one of the security measures for clients’ accounts. Account verification is a set of measures aimed primarily at preventing illegal and fraudulent actions against the player, as well as compliance with the established rules.
According to our rules, verification may take 60 days or more. By registering in our BC, you agree to our rules. Any potential player can familiarize himself with the rules before registration.
You've already passed most of the verification, you just have to wait for a decision. Upon completion of the verification, you will receive a notification to your contact email address.
