Verificamos cuidadosamente as informações.

Hello, Dear Tarak!
We are sorry that you have a negative impression. We understand that it is always unpleasant to lose. However, we have no influence on the outcome of the games. We have many players from all over the world and people choose us because we play fair and follow the rules. There is always an element of luck involved in betting. The good news is that today luck will be on one player's side today and tomorrow it will be on another player's side.
We love to give bonuses to new players and regular players alike. Check out the “Promotions” section on the website or mobile app. Cool offers and bonuses are constantly popping up there. The more you play, the higher the chance to get a pleasant surprise. Good luck to you!
Best wishes, BetAndreas.
