They were so supportive and professional. The team worked hard to pack everything together and did above and beyond to get things into storage with expertise. Sam was great and worked exceptionally well to make the day run smoothly, I highly recommend Bestway Relocation.

Couldn’t have been more helpful right from first contact. Went out of their way to accommodate us despite completion dates constantly changing. The guys who did the packing and removals worked so hard and even offered to help us move things around inside the house once everything was unloaded despite it being about 8pm and having a 2 hour journey back.
Before they left they even went to get us some flowers for our new home. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Excellent and professional customer service in both aspects of the written and verbal communication and also the practical elements of the moving process. I hired the movers and packers to move from Aylesbury to Huntington which is a long drive. From the get go they were really helpful and professional. Getting quotes to prompt on time deliver their work was above par. There quote is really reasonable for the service provided. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends for future moves.

I highly recommend Best Way Relocation. They were incredibly professional and efficient from start to finish. The removal team were polite, punctual, and hardworking — in particular, Ben and Jamal were brilliant. They even came back the week after the move to fix a small chip caused while lifting furniture upstairs and to reassemble a media bed that hadn’t been put together quite right. Excellent value for money and truly top-notch service. Don’t think twice about hiring this company!

So I initially went with Bestway Relocations due to their good reviews online vs other similar companies for a recent house move, all seemed to be going well until the day of the move.

The good:
The removals and packing team were very good and very friendly.

The Bad:
It turns out the surveyor forgot to include all the items in our outbuilding as well as items such as a trampoline which I was then requested to pay an extra £400 to move these items but I insisted on not paying this as it wasn't my mistake, this wasn't sorted and had to get this sorted out myself.

Just a final note the removals and packing team did offer to remove the remaining items but they had been working non stop from 9:30 that morning until 10pm at night so i told them not to worry about it due to them not having any lunch and living over an hour away.
