I attended a course at Best Training London and had a very disappointing experience. I lost £330 because my final test result was marked with pencil, and nobody could explain what was wrong or how the result was determined.

I found the office staff unhelpful, and communication was poor throughout the process. In my experience, the organization was not professional, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend taking your SIA course with this training provider. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received and would give them 0 stars if that were possible.

I recently completed my Door Supervisor training here, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the whole experience. The training centre itself is well-organised, comfortable, and has all the resources needed to help you learn effectively.

But what really makes this course stand out is Trainer Jonathon Aurther. He is absolutely fantastic — one of the best instructors I have ever come across. He explains everything clearly, breaks down complex topics in simple terms, and makes sure everyone understands before moving on. He creates a relaxed but focused environment where you feel comfortable asking questions.

Very successful week working with trainer Jonathan Arthur, he really pushes all his students to make sure they pass the course first try and make their investment worthwhile. He remembers all the people he has taught and even forms a close bond with those who wish. This location is easy to get to, with a DLR station close by, also has hot food counters , serving within the same vicinity, toilets and plates, instant teas and coffees one floor up from the actual classroom, or there is a big ASDA a 5 minute walk away. If your attitude is good, you are punctual and attendant, you will get what you need from this course to be successful.

I was doing Door Supervisor refresher course with the company. All went very smooth since the very since moment. Reading materials provided immediately after enrolling in a course. Lecturer well prepared, clear and straightforward explanation.

The temperature was -4 it makes the study room a bit cold despite the radiator working at full blast but generally the atmosphere was conducive for studying.
The tutors are excellent and very thorough.
Physical intervention and 1st aid was simplified.

Friendly learning conditions

I have the best service until now (to 3rd day of our training). Although it’s a long day, our trainer Jonathon Arthur makes it easier via delivering his support with the help of Arafat khan and Shopna.
They are all helpful. The service they provide is valuable, all the information is correct. If someone ask me to recommend a centre for their tution I will definitely put Best Training top on the list.
