I would give 5 stars, but you have been out of white shirts in my size twice that I have ordered.

Not happy with the finished product of my notecards. I had to ask several times to line up and center the text. The right side is still noticeable lower then the left, snd the address and ‘real estate brokerage’ doesn’t even line up! Your printer or quality control department ought to have caught this and corrected or made suggestion. It was a concern of mine and I had contacted your office several times by phone. Each time I made a minor change it was taking 24 hours to get it corrected. After nearly 2 weeks of trying to place the order and receive it, they do not look professional enough to mail out, especially since I paid nearly $100.00 for 100 notecards.

The website is very functional and reprints are quick and easy.

Do not use this service!! I just ordered business cards off here and they came with no back. They refused to send me new ones on them and wanted me to give them more money. I was very patient and very nice I mostly spoke with Tony, and he was great and helpful at first. Then when I sent him the pictures that I ordered backs he still said he can only give me 50% off a new set of cards and told me that it happens all the time and he would be giving out too much if he did for everyone. I told him well that is clearly a problem with your website that your company should be fixing not a problem with the consumer… and he then started to become rude and all I can say is do not go with this company. Go with a small business with people that actually care because these people definitely do not!

I've used your services for business cards for over 15 years. On-line ordering is easy. The quality is excellent and the turn-around time is very fast, which is important, when I'm down to my last few cards before I know it.

I never received my order and when I called to report the issue, the customer service rep didn’t sound like he even cared. I ordered the Christmas cards to send to my clients but I don’t even know if I’ll ever get them in time. I’m very disappointed

I have always used BPB for my christmas calendars, business cards but this time...I ordered on Nov 24 and was supposed to receive part of my order by today and just saw where it won't be here until the 9th...15 days from time I ordered....not all business days and some holidays but they say 4-6 business days is not realistic...can't get xmas cards out before the calendars get here...weird thing is a few days ago (right after my business cards came...it said it was out for delivery on tracking but then it started over?)

Best Print Buy offers great products HOWEVER, multiple times now, they were not able to "deliver" the items on time OR the customer service the website promises. After finding their website, I was excited for the possibility to be able to order such great items. BUT the items came late, things happen, we all make mistakes but the manager in charge, was rude and was not happy to make it right. Disappointed AGAIN!

They do a good printing job but for some reason they decided to print something different from what I requested.
