Our contact Rosie Nhung was detailed, patient and kind and put together a perfect itinerary catered to what we were looking for. We were on a 2-day 1-night trip to Bai tu long Bay, organized by Janet and Mr. Morning as tour guides. Our expectations regarding organization, the course of the excursion, but also in terms of room and board exceeded our expectations. Many thanks at this point to the ship's crew. We booked one day Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta river-1 day- and it was top. We paid about 50$ per person and in the morning we went to the tunnels and in the afternoon, after lunch, to the Delta River. The organisation was great thank to Janet and our guide Kim was friendly and professional. Recommend!

Mia was extremely kind and professional throughout the entire process and carefully listened and acted upon all my countless requests and questions. Having a disability can be quite daunting, but Mia made sure that all my needs were met. She communicated efficiently with the Elite of the Seas cruise to make sure they had all arrangements in place and if she was unsure about something she communicated this and further inquired about it.
She also arranged for my partner's birthday celebration, while on board.

I would highly recommend to anyone who first time visit Hanoi,wants to take the stress out of organising all the sightseeing, cruise, transfers and hotels.
