I have today sent photos of a damaged tin of dog food, I do realise these things happen, however I phoned the company 4 times yesterday with no response and twice today before the phone was answered. I hope my complaint will be dealt with promptly.

I ordered this ladder for a friend's bird, she and her pet loves it I'm sure she will be looking to order more products, order arrived promptly and well packaged, will recommend.

After a quick google, a forum I found mentioned Bestpet so I gave them a try and the product was the cheapest I could find.

Ordered online and arrived a few days later. Very Happy.

I recently ordered a product but forgot to change my delivery address to my current workplace. I called Best Pet and they advised that as soon as the original delivery had been returned to them from the incorrect address I would receive a full refund. I placed a new order in the meantime which i received the very next day and within a week I had my original order refunded. Very efficient and true to their word. Great service!

BestPet have great prices on Lily's Kitchen organic cat food, and postage is reasonable too. I would definitely recommend them.

I now always buy the largest bags of James Wellbeloved cat food as it works out at such good value for money. Easy to order and good delivery service as this is a heavy item I wouldn't want to go to a pet store to buy it. Saves me time and money . Would recommend and its the only food my Birman cat seems to like.

I was very happy with my overall experience, the price was good and everything I ordered was in stock and delivered but delivery was much slower than I expected - two weeks. As it happens I was not desperate for my goods and I will use BestPet again but I will make sure I order well in advance.

Great service, arrived as promised. Quality was determined by the brand I bought but good to see there was a huge range of product and price to choose from.

I have to tell you that BestPet.co.uk are usually the best. They always have the dog food I need in stock - quite something as one of my dogs needs a special food due to allergies. They always deliver when they say they will.
So why do I say "usually the best"? - because they are not always the cheapest. I buy about £100 worth of food at a time, and 5-10% makes a difference.

this product works very well and I have used it before

Ordered prescription supplies on 1stJune I sent them prescription by post within a day or two
As I had not had meds and stock was low I contacted them to be told they had not received prescription
My vet then sent them a fax of the prescription twice. First one they could not read. Second one did not have dosage instructions
If they had contacted me some time ago I could have resent another prescription. Unfortunately they are very slow to be interactive and leave all chasing to customer
I have had a refund and will not bother this company again

Received promptly and good price, would buy again

Not what I thought I was ordering.

unfortunately i lost my receipt from my visit to blackburn store last week.
i took the names of the staff,,i think dave was the managers name, along with a young girl,and another young man.
i was helped with various items and nothing was too much trouble.
i will certainly be going back.
