Bestpass is the best system for paying tolls also good at picking up misreads
Bestpass has been such a helpful tool for our company! They make it easy to track our tolls, pay our tolls, and even dispute violations from New York's EZPass system. I go into our account at least once a month to make sure our transponders are working properly and toll charges are what they should be.
Customer service is VERY helpful!
I work with multiple tolling partners, and in my experience, Bestpass has always had the best service. They take the time to understand the question and answer it thoughtfully; no generic replies or responses that only half answer the question. After they close each customer service case, they send a survey, and I've never answered anything less than a perfect 10. It would be great if all companies were like this.
Transponder works reliably, fees are reasonable and enough money is saved in tolls to make it worth while. Saves time too, since I dont have to keep track of due dates for toll payment or figure out where payment needs to go. I will say however, the required auto-pay can be inconvenient at times. I wish you could pick a date or day of week to have it withdrawal instead of it withdrawaling as soon as you account goes below threshold.
Edit - Be advised, Bestpass will change your prepay amount when they deem fit and only let you know in their replenishment request. The courtesy of a phone call to discuss this would've been better.

I find BESTPASS to be greatly useful since I am a OTR O/O Flatbed Operator that runs all 48 States. I've had BESTPASS for approx. almost a year without any issues.
Fantastic customer service. Easy to set up an account, account balance maintained automatically. Can focus on loads with nothing to worry about!

Very happy with dealing with the company Bestpass. Bestpass is the way to go whether trucking or just corporations who have a lot of traveling. Has your whole detailed account on a statement. Replenish is easy they notified you when you get low. I highly recommend this company.
Bestpass is the greatest. It works every time without fail. The customer service from setup to billing is unheard of in today’s world. I have never had a problem with Bestpass that wasn’t resolved in one call. I would recommend this service for anyone who expects quality and trouble free service.

We've had BestPass for years. Great toll discounts and a detailed invoice sent directly to our carrier for exempt miles on the NY Thruway. Excellent customer service from the nicest people!
We love using Bestpass and not having to stand in line on any of the toll roads. If definitely beats having to stress about having the right amount of cash on hand. We recently noted a problem and promptly called their customer service where we were informed that OHio and Indiana were upgrading their systems and the problem we had was their problem and not ours. I’m very thankful for this service!

It was a smooth transition to Bestpass from our previous supplier. The customer portal is easy to navigate and the toll calculator has been an invaluable tool.
Great customer service...only issue is I wish it was a one stop shop for the weigh station pass and toll pass. Going through different agents from different departments brings confusion.
BESTPASS has been amazing!!! Our old pass didn’t work all the time resulting in toll violations and extra costs. This has not happened since we switched
