Extremely disappointing experience with Best of Bharat! The wallpaper delivered was significantly darker and did not match the PDF design shared by their design team. The print quality was also disappointing. What made matters worse was the rude and unprofessional behaviour of their senior manager, Archana, who repeatedly interrupted me instead of listening to my concerns. As a returning customer who had a great experience earlier, this was truly disheartening. A brand is judged not just by its products but also by how it treats customers when something goes wrong. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides a fair resolution.

Fraud company!

I had placed and order of three frames without glass. They called me up and convinced me to upgrade to glass frame. For each glass I paid 300 extra. Total 3 frames so 900 extra. You might know that their prints are already expensive on top I paid 900 extra for glass. Once I received the parcel, the CoD amount was for frames with glass. Then I opened and saw they have sent me without glass. O raised request for return no one picked the parcel back. This is completely unacceptable. Then I went to their website and check the reviews and found out they are fake. Same review written by 5-6 users. Check yourself and then believe what I am saying.

Wish I could give zero stars. Worsts product quality, wrong claims on website and supremely delayed delivery.
I ordered a wall decal which got delivered more than a month later from placing the order, the sticker quality was bad, while th website claimed reuse, it scraped the paint from th wall.

There is no way to leave review on website. Looks like the ones on website are by themselves.

Never been disappointed in a product or a company as much as this one.
If they have to use the word Bharat in their name they better respect the sanctity of it.

Poor quality products and following daily for return but nothing happening . Pathetic company

Not yet opened the wallpaper.but response of team is pathetic once order is placed n money paid .
Noone picks calls or replies to msgs . Worst after sales service.
Will get the paper installation done by someone else,let's see how the quality of it is

They are selling garbage on their website.
Deliever the product in two months and quality is very poor.this is a scam company dont buy from them.waste of time,waste of money

Fraud. Pathetic service

Absolutely horrendous service. Sent 2 out 5 items either wrong or of bad quality.
Aren’t ready to accept the error on their part.
