Disappointing
Thus product is just as people say expensive for what it is did not clean my oven any better than any other products I've used even after 2 applications over 1 hr each in fact I bought a pack for my oven through hotpoint and it had a oven & hob cleaner which did a better job than this but as it was out of stock I thought I would give this a try £25+ down the drain will not buy again and customer service agent i spoke interrupted me when I was talking very rude to do this would send it back if it weren't for the fact I would have to pay £2.99 for postage and now I've used one can it will be more difficult to do so

PROFIRM CARPET CLEANER - USELESS!
Bought the Proforn carpet cleaner and it was absolutely USELESS.
I wrote and complained and they wanted me to send the 2 cans back (AND the free gift although I kept the other product) at my own expense (with no recompense)
Please don’t want your money as I did

Great product and customer service
I ordered the very useful and durable space saving hanger set, which arrived quickly.
Although only two came instead of the four I ordered, I reached out to the customer service team and they were prompt in helping to resolve this, sending me the other two. They also kept an eye on the updated delivery and checked in with me to make sure I recieved them.

Excellent service and product
I've now placed and received two orders for this and I'm truly happy with both deliveries and how the product works is wonderful. It has saved us having to have new carpets, the old ones look so good. It was actually good to use too.

I have have bought items from this company and have been satisfied with service, my last purchase didn’t arrive I rang BIUK and were very helpful they found out my order was lost in transit they sent a replacement order and monitored it and I received very quickly and thought this was very good service and was very pleased

Mould remover
Mould spray arrived damaged ,but was resolved very quickly. Replacement arrived within three days .The mould remover works brilliantly. I have used a similar product in a tube, but the spray is easier to apply and is more effective .

Highly recommend Profoam…
I purchased Profoam and received excellent exemplary service from the company
Regarding the product, I had recently had building work done at my home and my carpet had been trodden on by builders for many months. It was in an awful state and needed to be ripped out and replaced. I saw the advertisement for Profoam and despite being sceptical about its performance I ordered some . I can honestly say that the results I achieved using this product are truly amazing. I no longer need to replace my carpet !
I have no hesitation in recommending it

Products didn't work and awful return experience
Products didn't work and, oh my goodness, attempting to return them under their 30 day rule is horrendous.
They're being slippery, they're being awkward and they're telling me "facts" that just aren't true and that breach the 2015 Consumer Rights Act.
Their advertising on returning if not satisfied is, at the very best, extremely misleading.
If the rubbish products weren't bad enough, the customer experience has made it so much worse.
I'd recommend giving them a VERY wide berth.

I can only comment on the customer…
I can only comment on the customer service I received as I haven’t yet had my order
I had issues with postcodes and Evri and my order was delivered into the ether somewhere 😩
I emailed the company and they have done their best to sort it out for me
I am now awaiting the second delivery but I will say their customer service was outstanding

Yet another 1* review for BIUK pro foam. This product is completely useless. Don’t waste your money. Trying to get a refund with this company has been like pulling teeth despite many reviews stating it doesn’t work, and I have now given up. Buyer beware.
