Hello Donald, thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that you haven't seen the changes you were hoping for after starting them on our product.
We would suggest continuing to give them the tabs as directed and monitoring their progress; depending on their individual situation, it can take up to 6 weeks to see results. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@bestfriendswellness.com

My dogs will not eat these unless they are covered in peanut butter which makes them very messy. I need to double check if there are different flavors. As far as what they do for my dogs health, we are only a few days in so I cannot say as of yet.

Thank you for trying Best Friend's Essentials, Amber. I'm sorry to hear that your dogs are not eating them as they are supposed to, and that covering them in peanut butter is the only way to get them to eat them.
Have you tried breaking them up in their food? Also, we have new flavor options coming soon so please be on the lookout for that.
In regards to the health benefits of our supplements, we recommend giving them at least 4-6 weeks before expecting any changes. So far, what we've heard from other customers is that their dogs have had shinier coats, more energy, and less allergy symptoms since starting on our supplements. We hope your dogs will experience some of these same benefits soon!

I found it very difficult to contact this company to make a change to my order. However when I was finally able to do so they responded quickly and efficiently. I would like to see their contact information put on our e mails or order confirmation pages so they are more easily reachable. My pups love the product so far and seem to be doing well with it.

Hi Paula, thank you for being a Boost Bites customer and for this feedback. I looked up your order and noticed you received your product 1 week ago. While some dogs respond to Boost Bites almost immediately, it takes 4-6 weeks of consistent use to see a difference for most dogs.
Please keep it up! This is a tough time of year for allergies, consistency is the best path to success with this product.
Thanks again
Need a way to manage your subscription.
There should be a way to manage your subscription and delay or skip an order if you don't need it yet! I still had a jar and I didn't feel that I wanted another two jars just yet, however I could not find a way to delay or skip it till later. So now I have 3 full jars. Truth be told my dog doesn't show any sign that Boost Bites has helped with her scratching like I was hoping it would.

Hi Rachel, thank you for your feedback, and apologies for any confusion you may be having about our customer support portal.
You can login here at anytime to pause, change or cancel subscriptions: https://bestfriendsessentials.com/account/login/
This was provided to you in your order confirmation email.
Additionally, we have agents available 7 days per week to assist customers. I personally emailed you last night about your subscription and confirmed it was canceled.
In that email I also sent you a link to our returns center where here you can download a pre-paid label to return products within 180-days of purchase: https://returns.bestfriendsessentials.com/
I see you received your first order about 4 weeks ago. Have you been giving the recommended dosage to your dog consistently? While many dogs see immediate results, it can take up to 6 weeks to see the benefits depending on the situation, especially during allergy season.
Thanks for giving us a try, and please don't hesitate to contact us with any further questions or concerns.
All the best,
Jeff

Hi Paula, thank you for your feedback. I see you received your product less than 2 weeks ago.
While many dogs respond right away, it typically takes 4-6 weeks to see results.
It's a good idea to give your dog a double dose for around 30 days, this can help bring your dog's gut back into balance.
I've gone ahead and cancelled your subscription. If you'd like to resume, please just reach out and let us know, you can still receive future products at the discounted price you initially purchased.
I hope your dog feels better soon.

Hi Granny, thank you for the review. I am glad to hear your vet was very happy with our product, but sorry to hear that one of your dog is being fussy about them.
Most dogs really enjoy them, but you just can't please them all.
It might help to mix them up with their food.
Please keep us posted with your progress!
Thanks again
