I wish I had googled them before ever purchasing my flight tickets with them. I had the same experience as some described in the reviews.
The flight booking numbers kept being canceled for non payment and instead of providing a legitimate confirmation number when I asked for one, they kept asking me wait for a month a half and they "promised" everything would be okay LOL. Funny thing is that I had to ask for the booking numbers in the 1st place.
Worst of all of this is that they used my credit card info to book 2 flights from another airline than the one I booked and was supposed to travel with. I only found out after investigating 2 unfamiliar charges. When i asked about it, they kept dismissed and kept dodging. And finally, icing on the cake, they said they couldn't cancel my pending reservation (which logically wasn't even completed in the first place).

Awful!! The only reason why I'm giving one star is because I can't give 0. I purchased plane tickets with them I sent them money and received a booking reference. 3 days later the booking is gone. When I called AirFrance they said reservations were made but they never actually received a payment for those tickets. I called bestfare and they said they would get it resolved I had to constantly call and check with them that they are doing something. We ended up receiving tickets however when I called AirFrance they said they didnt get any payments from the travel agency therefore we only had reservations. I spent the whole day on the phone with bestfare and they kept telling me in one hour they would resolve the issue then by 12 pm then by 5 pm etc etc then again Peter assured me that tickets were issued and that the reason why the airline said there weren't was because they were discounted tickets. Then I asked are you sure that if I go to the airport with those tickets on the day of departure I would get in and Peter promised me that yes there would be no issue. So the same day I decide to go to the airport and see for myself. As expected there were no tickets issued even tho Peter said he personally talked to AirFrance. I told them and they tried to tell me that I got scammed by AirFrance (???) then I got a random AirFrance employee to talk to them and then they finally listened. The manager then told me that by tomorrow 6pm (which would be a saturday) I would either get a refund or tickets. I of course received neither. Saturday I called them at 8 pm and they tell me that Sunday by 12 I would get new plane tickets for another date or a refund. Sunday by 2 I call them and ask for a refund they tell me that the refund department doesnt work on weekends when I ask them then how come i was promised a refund on saturday and sunday they were just avoiding the question. Monday I spent the whole day on the phone fighting for a refund mind you one guy told me it would take 24 hours to get my refund another guy told me it takes 48 hours and another one said it would take 10 days. Throughout the whole experience I had to call many many many times and every time they would say they would call me back they wouldn't if you are not on their ass and dont take the initiative to call them they wont do it. For very small things they kept giving me absurd time frames that they would not honour or tell me to call back at a certain time to talk to a certain person and when i called they would tell me that the person is on break or not working. Btw i never got the refund and ended up calling my bank and they contested the charge thank god.
If I had listened to Peter and all his coworkers I would have packed my luggage told my family i was coming and gone to the airport only to be told i dont have real tickets. They should be ashamed of themselves the only thing they had to do was pay for the tickets but they prefered buying time and telling me to wait.

J'ai proposé de me rembourser avant et après je l'enleverai ... j'attends !!
Questionnable booking process and services
We book online for a flight and receive the website confirmation of booking.
5 days later, I receive a phone call from a woman with a barely audible voice asking if I still want the flight. I answer: Why wouldn't i want it? I booked it with you guys so expect to go.
The woman replies that she is sorry and wishes me a good day.
I got suspicious so I called the airline the next day and they told me we were not booked on the announced flight, but that there is still room in it.
I tried to reach customer service by phone and they have no one available ever. Tried 25 times over 3 hours.

I beg all of you guys not to trust these folks with your hard earned money. You will get scammed. I purchased my tickets from these guys in good faith on February 2nd. They told me that one of the transactions we did failed due to a “technical glitch.” So we would have to do it again. However they took $2,900 for one of the transactions. The failed one was supposed to be refunded. This would take 14 business days which was odd - I’ve never seen a refund take that long. In any event, I waited patiently and followed up with them numerous times around the proposed date. Then when 14 business days came around, they apologized again and said that I wouldn’t be able to get my ticket yet due to the airline. I had to press them and follow up numerous times for a firm date to get my e tickets. They told me March 2. They guranteed it. I waited again. Then when March 2 came around, i still got nothing. I spent my whole work day calling them, and they didn’t answer. However, they emailed me saying “they would look into it.” Conveniently, all of their representatives were “unavailable that day” via phone. They continued to email me vague statements but ignored my calls. After a month of waiting, stress and follow ups, I gave up and disputed the transaction with my bank as fraud. I warned them that I would take legal action and do the above with my bank and they still took no steps. The next day, they emailed me asking for a call. I tore them apart over the phone and not once did they say I shouldn’t have complained or offer to refund me or give me my tickets. Everything is documented via email.
My point is, I know the cheap numbers may entice you, but don’t fall for it. That’s how they get you. Don’t trust these scammers with your money. As a reference, I re booked my tickets with Flight hub and got the SAME PRICE and got my tickets issued IMMEDIATELY, which is how it should be.
To top it off, their reps barely speak English and they also lie about being available 24 hrs when they are not. Please don’t make the same mistakes I did.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. No returned phone calls. I spoke to Jack a supervisor who said he would cancel the request to the airline. I booked the flights on January 15th. I did not receive any flight tickets. It is February 26th and still no resolution. Cancel your credit card!
The sales staff speak very softly and are difficult to understand. A horrible experience. Don't waste your time.
Bestfaredeal, worst booking agence and feels like a scam
I bought 2 tickets on october 25th for a flight january 31st with my girlfriend. I never received my ticket and had to buy full price tickets. We are february 23rd and I still havent received my refund. I've called them in october november and december to have my tickets and they always told me call back later. The day before my flight I call again, they say there is a problem with my reservation and they can't provide me any tickets, a refund process has been initiated and that the refund will be done within 15 business days ... I will never book with them ever again and I hope reading this will change the mind of people that want to use bestfaredeal. I will engage process with court and try to have justice. I have experience unecessary stress, it impacted me financially and created conflits in my relations relationship with my girlfriend.

Billets achetés en octobre 2025 pour un voyage pour 30 janvier 2026, billets jamais reçu et quand j’ai insisté ils m’ont dit qu’ils vont me rembourser car pas de billets à 2 jours de mon voyage!!! Remboursement que j’ai pas reçu malgré 20 jrs passés!!! Je suis avec ma banque pour une contestation!!! C’est du Vole tt simplement. FAITES TRÈS ATTENTION ET PRENEZ AUCUNE CHANCE. J’ai acheté, mes billets en dernière minutes avec Expédia en dernière minutes sans avoir de remboursement (à un prix exorbitant)

J’ai acheté 3 billets pour Dubai pour le 12 avril, j’ai reçus le numero de confirmation d’eux et le numero de reservation d’air France. Ensuite j’ai appelé air france pour en être sure, et ils m’ont confirmé que oui mais qu’il peuvent annuler tant que air france ne reçoit pas le paiement de bestfaredeal
Alors j’ai rappelé a plusieurs reprises bestfaredeal et a chaque fois les menteurs essaient de me dire qu’il n’y a aucun problème jusqu’à depuis quelques jours je rentre vérifier ma réservations sur air france et boom ( il n’y a aucune réservations )
Brefs, j’ai communiqué avec ma carte de credit pour récupérer mon argent ( ils vont enquêter )
Je voyage au moins deux fois par année et c’est la pire expérience de ma vie

Très mauvaise expérience avec cette compagnie. Après avoir reçu un e-mail de confirmation et un billet, j’ai découvert dix jours plus tard que la transaction n’avait jamais été effectuée et que le numéro de réservation était invalide. Après plusieurs tentatives de contact, j’ai reçu un retour d’appel plus de 12 heures plus tard d’un agent dont l’accent rendait la communication difficile. N’ayant plus confiance, j’ai annulé ma carte et acheté le billet directement auprès de la compagnie aérienne. Le service client est inacceptable.
Terrible experience with this company. After receiving a confirmation email and a ticket, I discovered ten days later that the transaction had never gone through and the booking number was invalid. After multiple attempts to contact them, I received a callback more than 12 hours later from an agent whose accent made communication difficult. Having lost trust, I canceled my card and purchased the ticket directly from the airline. The customer service is unacceptable.

SCAMMM! run! after buying with them, I found a better flight on another site and asked them for a refund and they never gave it back. had to call my bank to dispute the charges on my credit card.
This ticket guy
This ticket guy, Sam, is a complete scam. I bought tickets in October for a February 12th flight. He initially booked flights without payment, which then got canceled. He promised a full refund by Tuesday evening after telling me on January 31st that the ticket was canceled by Australian Airlines. When I followed up, he changed his story, claiming he found another date for February 17th. He just keeps making excuses and has wasted both my time and money. Definitely avoid this person.
