Moving is stressful. Period. And let’s be honest, moving companies sometimes get a bad reputation for all kinds of reasons. So when my niece’s move hit a major snag after her original moving company never showed up, this Auntie was stressed.

Then D., Malik and Jamal from Best Choice Moving Services showed up and completely changed everything.

D. received a call the night before and he and his crew showed up early, ready to help. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, professional, patient and incredibly helpful. They immediately put us at ease and took such great care of my niece.

What impressed me most was how thorough they were. They went over inventory multiple times, carefully explained how much truck space was allotted, walked us through the storage process and explained that her belongings would be kept in a climate-controlled environment. They even advised us to call a couple weeks ahead so they could get her scheduled to deliver everything across the country to her next location once she has her move-in date.

They didn’t just move boxes. They brought peace of mind during a stressful situation.

As an aunt, seeing people genuinely care for someone you love means everything. I cannot express my gratitude enough for D., Malik and Jamal. They stepped in during a difficult situation and made us feel cared for every step of the way.

Delivery got off to a rough start due to some miscommunication and delays. However, Malik was amazing and once he took over it all went smooth! Great service and help with everything!

Amaad our delivery driver was polite, respectful and made sure everything was completed. He notified us early of our delivery and cleaned up everything before leaving. We were very pleased with his service.
