The Best Care agency provides very high-quality care services for our severely autistic son. We have allocated two 6-hour, 2:1 days out weekly, aimed at helping him socialise, access the local community, and participate in various activities.

All the staff who work with my son are very professional, hardworking, and dedicated, but also compassionate, supportive, and understanding. They are always willing to go the extra mile and offer my son the best possible experience as a person-centred, creative and flexible team, always willing to accommodate his often unusual needs. Thanks to them, he's able to access the community and develop his life and social skills, attend various local events, go to restaurants, cinemas, fun fairs, and gaming centres, or walk for long miles along the Merseyside coast, enjoy playing basketball, or casually stroll in the park, eating an ice cream and enjoying the views. An occasional trip to explore some of the Wirral, Cheshire and North Wales' most beautiful countryside landmarks is also on the menu.

I feel my son is always safe and well looked after when he's out and about with the carers. I can also see that my son truly loves all the adventures and enjoys every single minute that he spends with his carers.

Communication with the carers team is always of a very high standard. Alongside the verbal report at the end of the day, I am also contacted regularly during the day by phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or photos and videos to keep me informed, help with activity choices, or address any issues. I also know that even if they couldn't get through to me straight away for any reason, if they face any issues or challenging behaviour, they would deal with it with a compassionate and professional approach, always keeping my son's safety, dignity, and wellbeing at their utmost focus.

I would highly recommend Best Care to anyone who needs a professional care agency, as they offer the best possible care service with the user's safety and wellbeing at their absolute core. They not only provide incredible support and independence for my son but also give me complete peace of mind, knowing he is experiencing his time with them, living his life to the fullest in the safest of hands.

Best Care Liverpool have provided a service for my son for over 14 months now . All of the staff are on time , friendly,professional and supportive. I couldn’t recommend a great all round support service . They are now like part of the family . Highly Recommended

My son Amir uses this service, he has PA’s that take him out a few times a week. Amir has started to ask for PA’s by name which is amazing, mostly asking for Max and Freddie. Amir also tells me what he’d like to do when he goes out, he’s much more vocal. I’m happy when Amir is out with Best Care knowing they take good care of him, I know this as they take Amir out in the community, friends and locals have seen them out and tell me how caring and attentive they are with Amir. They take Amir, swimming, shopping, on trains and buses which I don’t do as I drive. I recommend them 100%

I truly enjoy working for Best Care Liverpool as a Snr Healthcare Assistant. The management is very supportive, and I always feel valued as part of the team. When I first joined the company, I was completely new to the care sector. Naturally, I was nervous and lacked confidence, but the support I received from the very beginning was incredible. I received a thorough induction, excellent training, and the opportunity to shadow experienced carers until I felt confident to work independently. The reassurance, guidance, and encouragement I received helped me grow into the confident and compassionate carer I am today.

Over the years, I have developed both personally and professionally. One of my proudest achievements was being recognised as Carer of the Month, which made me feel valued and appreciated for the dedication and hard work I put into caring for our service users.
