Really pleased with our Valora Padel website
BespokeWorks built our website for Valora Padel, bringing our rackets, clothing and equipment together in one shop. We’re really pleased with how it’s come together.
My favourite part is the racket finder. Choosing a padel racket can be confusing, especially when you’re starting out. Being able to answer a few questions and get a recommendation, with a reason behind it, is a useful addition to the shop.
There’s plenty behind the scenes too. Deen introduced me to Kris who really added a lot of value to the website as well as bringing my ideas to life. We have tools for managing orders, stock, refunds and discount codes, alongside customer accounts and order tracking. They’ve also thought about our wholesale customers, with a tool that lets clubs see their own logo on balls and rackets before sending us an enquiry.
It feels like something built for our business, and we’re proud to put the Valora Padel name to it. Would happily recommend BespokeWorks.

We are a small boutique Pilates studio offering multiple weekly classes and different configurations of private sessions. We are a Birmingham training and coaching company working across corporate teams, universities and sport, and our website had fallen well behind the business. Deen brought us in and put us with his partner Kris, who ran the project. Kris told us plainly what was weak about the old site, which not every agency will do, then rebuilt it around our three audiences so a corporate buyer and a university lead each land somewhere that speaks to them. His communication was the standout. Every request came back quickly, and no edit was ever too small to bother with.
The parts we value most were not in the original brief. BespokeWorks have developed their own back-end tools that scan the UK public-sector contract feeds every morning, and they tuned one to our niche, employability, skills, personal development, coaching and leadership. We now see live opportunities in our sector that we had no realistic way of finding before. They have also taken on the side of the business we were never going to get to ourselves, setting up our Google Business Profile and our listings on the platforms our buyers actually use, and writing and managing our blog so we build organic visibility rather than waiting on referrals. It is early on that side, but it is being run properly and we can see the plan behind it. Bespoke by design, exactly as they promised.
