Bespoke Law Services Anmeldelser

I had such a positive experience working with Joe and Samantha during the process of buying my flat. They were incredibly helpful and always so responsive, keeping me updated at every stage and answering all my questions quickly and clearly. What could have been a very stressful process was made so much smoother thanks to their support. I’d choose Joe again in a heartbeat and would recommend him over and over to anyone looking for a sollicitor when purchasing a property!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We worked with Bespoke Law back in 2023 for both the sale of our old property and the purchase of our new one, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Fast forward two years, we had a dispute regarding the title deeds of our current property — even though our case had long been closed, they stepped in and helped us resolve it without hesitation.

Huge thanks to Joe Hadden, Frankie Littleproud, and Samantha Wadmore, their support was exceptional. They were always available to communicate, incredibly professional, and far more affordable than most solicitors, without compromising on quality.

I honestly couldn’t praise them enough. A top-tier service all round, highly recommended!

A service truly exceptional. Lois & Claudia have provided an excellent service from start to finish. Never was anything waiting on their side.

I strongly recommend. They manage expectations appropriately and deliver results.

Excellent service & communication all the way through the application, this is the second time of using this company I would highly recommend.

I used Bespoke Law Services on three occasions while trying to purchase a house, and I can confirm that they are very helpful and informative and were great at shepherding a first time buyer to their first home. I should add as well that their prices are incredibly competitive. All communication was done via email at my request due to work, and I never felt like I was behind on information or getting shortchanged.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because on the first attempt at purchasing I had to back out, and my final bill stated that I owed Bespoke money, but when I added up their charges it was actually the other way around. This took a few months of my pointing it out and their confusion before it was sorted out. But this did not happen on the other purchases.
Thoroughly recommend ****

Friendly responsive people who helped at every step.

initially the first solicitor and legal secretary were awful in pretty much every aspect. BUT after complaining, the operations manager listened and then acted. The replacement was spot on..

Dealt with whole process with professional efficiency. Quick responses to any queries raised.
Would recommend and use again.

I had a perfect experience with BLS. Throughout, my solicitor, Sophie, was committed, diligent, and really worked hard to get my sale done. I had a few wobbles during the sale but Sophie would call and talk through the options, always made everything crystal clear and was always reassuring and looking out for my interests. Because of her great work I chose BLS for my later purchase too, which was complicated but Sophie and BLS kept on it and landed me my dream home. My partner also chose them (and asked for Sophie!) to do the conveyance for her place based on my experiences. BLS are transparent, concise and absolutely worth using for a sale or purchase. Cannot recommend enough..

I instructed Joe back in April, when myself and my partner bought our first home. As we were first time buyers, we had no idea what we were doing, but Joe and Sam were incredible through the whole process. They were always at hand if we had a question and were very knowledgeable, which made the whole experience significantly less stressful. We really felt looked after and are soo thankful for both of their efforts!.

Your team have always been helpful, courteous and understanding. Your speed on responses and action are brilliant, I couldn't ask for more. Thanks very much for your professional service throughout the process.

Sophie Whitby and her support, Rebecca Wilson, were absolutely fantastic. Everything they did for me was done so efficiently and were great attention to detail; you could really tell that Sophie is an expert in her field. Furthermore, when the time came to fight my corner with the opposite Conveyancer (as it always does) Sophie really did fight for me; I was glad I had her in my corner. Price wise, they weren't the cheapest, but they were by no means the most expensive. Considering the high level of service I received, I'd said they definitely provided value for money! Many thanks

My solicitor laura was absolutely fantastic in organising my house purchase. Wasn’t simple I thought with having to sort 2 mortgages but laura made the experience a lot less stressful than what I thought it would.
Will definitely be using bespoke if I need to in the future..

They were proactive in chasing responses and efficient in moving things along.

Graham Blake provided an excellent service and made the whole process of buying and selling run smoothly. Always quick to respond with clear and concise information..

Effective and efficient communication from the team. I really appreciated the regular updates..

The process of selling our house was very smooth and easy. Lois and Claudia worked very hard to get everything ready for the sale.
Fantastic communication with the whole team.
We highly recommend this company, our experience was great!

Laura was great and kept us fully informed throughout the process.

Lauren was helpful friendly and constantly having to respond to my queries. She made the process smooth and we completed on a house sale within 2 months which was amazing. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts you were fantastic. Sane day exchange to completion, which was seamless. Lauren replied evenings early mornings, any time of day was no issue. Organisational skills were second to none. Brilliant service

Had a smooth transaction with Laura Guy who was very repsonsive throughout. Would highly recommend!
