Tooth Removal Service
Came as a non patient emergency in dec 2022 received excellent urgent dental care and after service. Fast appropriate value for money service. Came back today 24th July for an assessment had an infected tooth removed and again received the best service as a non patient. I will be joining membership as soon as my tooth has recovered. Highly recommend this practice the service and staff are amazing. Thank you to Dr Hussain for his polite professional and honest advice.

Absolutely excellent from start to finish. Dr Hussain was extremely professional and has the best hands in the business. Had composite bonding done and looks very natural, had non-stop compliments on my smile ever since. Being in the medical profession myself, we can be the worst patients but I was put at ease instantly and reassured. Cheers! Dr Umair Khan

I have to agree with the previous review as it's been my experience as well, 'AVOID if you need an emergency appointment'.
They are simply after your money and none else. I walked in with pain and walked out no better. I was 'rushed' though my appointment I'd pre-paid for. Not an ounce of empathy or understanding extended by the lady dentist who'd seen me for my very worrying symptoms. She couldn't wait to get me out of her room with, 'I need to get on' so she could see her 'private fee-paying patient'. None but a wasted journey and effort getting there!

BEWARE - if you need an emergency dentist, AVOID
My son attended the clinic because he was in pain with really bad toothache and was struggling to get an appointment at his own dentist. They advertise themselves as emergency dentist and he was charged £660 for two teeth removed which is almost 3x the amount they advertise on their website (from £130) and he was told that he was given a discount on the second tooth as that one didn't need to be taken out there and then but would need to be in next month or so so if he went ahead with it, he would get a discount.
He didn't know how much tooth extraction costs so agreed to it but he probably would have agreed to anything as he was in so much pain!!!!
UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO REPLY
I HAVE ALREADY MADE A COMPLAINT AND AM IN CORRESPONDENCE WITH YOU AS FURTHER ACTION IS BEING TAKEN!!

The Clinicians at Bespoke Dental & Implant Clinic treat a variety of Dental diseases and urgent conditions. Over 80% of complex extractions are referred by NHS Dentists to the NHS waiting lists on secondary care so that a more specialised or skilled Dentist can continue treatment.
Bespoke Dental & Implant clinic has the skills and expertise in house to tackle complex cases and the surgical fees are reflected as such for this service which allows patients to be seen and treated the same day in 99% of cases and not wait 6-24 months for a service.
Bespoke Dental and the team express their apologies we were not able to satisfy you on this occasion.
All feedback is welcome and our objective is to be able to deliver a first class service.
If your son feels the emergency dental condition was not appropriately investigated, diagnosed and treated along with appropriate consent which includes fees for the surgery, risks and benefits of the procedure along with short term and long term options moving forward after this emergency visit please raise this to our complaints manager:
