Had my safety check today by J42976-Jack. Was extremely polite and respected my property by putting on shoe covers without me even having to ask. Was very thorough and sorted any electrical issues I had. Would recommend.

Very quick and efficient, did what he came to do and got along with the job. Friendly and polite too. Respectful to the house and kept clean and tidy. Overall, a good experience.

Didn't know they were coming here today. I've got throat cancer and situations mean I can't make plans with nhs strikes etc. The last thing I need is not knowing, then waiting as no.1 70 mins +
Load of rubbish. 5 stars. No chance!! I had a card pushed through my door saying I missed an appointment. After over an hour from 6pm I'm still getting told I'm number 1 in the queue. It's now 7.35. just checked the website and it shuts at 5. It still keeps telling me to hold. To st the least , I'm not happy 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
