Great service. Came within the estimated delivery time and on the day I asked for. Both men were friendly and erected the shed within half an hour. Love the shed, very well made and sturdy.

The team were friendly and helpful. The summerhouse was a quality product installed on time.

everything was ok till the surveyor came. He instructed me that the area was fine only needed to level a couple of the flag stones. Got a workman in to do that. Fitting team arrived and said this wont fit there. So off they went. got a man into to lay more stones and make area bigger. Fitting team arrived and did an excellent job. When i phoned the manager and asked why send a surveyor when his advice was useless. He said you need a bigger area. not that he was sorry for the inconvenience, or extra expense. he didn't care. they do not make them. so other companies will offer a better customer service. will never recommend them

The sales person - David was so patient and helpful and we had some unusual requests which he dealt with in a reassuringl way. His solutions were skillful and the turnaround, once we had placed our order was phenomenal. We had the cabin installed just before christmas. We are still amazed and grateful for such good service. Please could you email us a complete invoice as we have someone who wants to give us a donation to cover the whole amount

A very nice shed well constructed and friendly workmen. My only minus was the fact that Bentley's didnt know that they hadn't had the base put down and failed to contact me when they said they would.

The staff at BGB provided a very good service throughout the whole process. They advised me on a number of issues when I was going through the 'selection' process enabling me to make a better informed decision regarding the model that would best suit my needs.
They also visited my home to check the site as suitable for the workshop in question. The delivery/fitting went according to plan and the team were very professional and polite in their approach. I am very happy with the quality of the product and of the service I received. Thanks to all.

Bought a new shed from Bentley's. Not the cheapest but this is quite sturdy and pressure treated wood. 2 chaps that delivered it had it put together in no time.

Helpful and honest with helping us choose the right shed for our needs, without pushing the most expensive option.

Very happy overall. The shed is as specified and was delivered within the initial time estimate and on time. It was erected in about one and a half hours by a very competent and pleasant team of two. The minor points that prevent us from awarding 5 stars were:-
1. Confusing advice about the suitability of the base at the initial inspection, but the installers were quickly able the overcome the problem by putting a plank of wood under the shed.
2. The door was a very tight fit initially. I have since planed a little off.
3. We were disappointed not to see any handle or knob for closing and opening the door from inside the shed.

Extremely good, from my initial enquiry through to the final completion of the workshop / shed. Very professional service, I was kept informed throughout the process. I was very impressed with the tidyness of the site especially during the construction of the base. The workshop / shed exceeded my expectations.

Delighted with every aspect of my purchase, and I am highly satisfied with the quality of the shed on arrival. I would certainly recommend Benleys to other people.

Let's be honest shopping for sheds on Sunday morning is not my idea of fun. However, the staff at Bentley's were really knowledgeable and helpful and gave us all the information we needed to go away and 'have a think'. No pushy sales, no short term deals.
Returning a few weeks later after visits to other shed emporia, the staff helped us choose the best options and sorted the 0% finance application. They did the site visit to check everything was ok for delivery and erection. Phoenix garden buildings (the manufacturer) phoned to arrange a delivery date, the builders arrived on time, worked really hard, did fab job and tidied up afterwards.
My husband is very happy with his new shed, so I am also very happy.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm. They provide a high quality product, at a very reasonable cost and erection take very little time. They operatives are polite and helpful and the overall experience was first rate!
