I ordered a pair of shoes from Benson & Clark and was extremely disappointed. The shoes I received were completely different from the photos shown on their website – the colour is off, the material feels very cheap, and they look nothing like what was advertised.

When I contacted customer service, they offered me a 15% refund to keep the shoes (which I don’t want), or to return the item to a warehouse in China at my own expense. This was never mentioned clearly during checkout.

As a UK-based customer, I find this completely unacceptable. Their return policy is unfair and misleading, and the product quality is not what you would expect for the price.

I’m currently taking steps through my bank to recover my money.

I strongly advise others to be very cautious when ordering from this company. The photos do not match the reality, and returning the item is nearly impossible without losing money.

Terrible terrible terrible in every department. I should have read reviews and looked at website properly. Avoid at all costs…..

Horrendous quality. Bought a shirt for my husband and it looks nothing like the pictures. Cheap and nasty. Material’s plasticky. Searching for info on how to return and there’s nothing on the website. I’ve emailed. Not holding my breath for a response.

SCAMMERS do not buy anything is a china 🇨🇳 company and will not deliver their products and will not respond any emails about the orders. Save some money and headaches.

Having left it rather late to guarantee the arrival of a shirt in the UK in time for a special party, I asked Benson & Clark to do their best. I received a reassuring email from Dammy that all would be well and sure enough the shirt arrived in good time, ready to be worn at a granddaughter’s 21 Birthday party.

Inaccurate products, will not allow returns! I ordered 11 pairs or so of shoes for a wedding party, they came in the wrong color compared to their website photo. Beyond that, only about 4 (maximum) were correct sizes ordered. When I initiated a refund through email (you cannot call them, only leave voicemails into the ether) they offered me a 10% or 15% refund to just keep them. I said I wanted to actually ship them back to get the full refund. They sent an incomplete Chinese warehouse address and stated I would need to cover the shipping costs myself. After several months, they could not provide me with a legitimate address and also later refused any small percentage refund. Stuck with their shitty shoes, not sure even Goodwill or Salvation army would take them. Shameful scam company

It’s a scam, just got a ridiculously low quality version of the shirt on their website: different material, color, and quality. They offered me a 15% refund or a full refund if I pay for shipping to their plant in China. I complained and they never responded again.

I’m not able to track the package and this is a gift that is already late. I didn’t realize it can take up to a month to receive my order. When I reach out to customer service to help track they wanted me to fill out a form for a dollar before they even helped. Obviously I declined and will not buy from this company again. Buyer beware

Awful....I ordered a shirt for my husband, it arrived late, didn't look the same colour as the site and was cheap material. The company responded at first via email but then stopped replying when i asked for a refund. I then sent an email of complaint about the service and they blocked my email!! DONT ORDER FROM HERE SCAMMERS!

Avoid this site if you value your money and quality clothing. I ordered a mens leather jacket and a few pairs of jeans.About 45 days later I received a package and was blown away with what was inside..The medium jacket was now a xl women's jacket that was was too small. The pants where hidius made who knows where. The button hole was not even open it was just stitched to resemble an opening.. WOW I can't believe I fell for this scam. All emails go unanswered.

Do not buy they will scam you I never received my package and spent over 200 dollars they will not respond any emails.

By the looks of the website looks like a regular clothing company, with somehow good looking t shirts, but It's a façade. It's cheap made in china clothing, without any label. Some of the clothing I received is not even close to the picture of the website. The quality is very low, the prints are bad. What can I say, I feel totally cheated. Careful with the return instructions, it's up to you to return it to a warehouse in china.

This company is a complete scam. Their website portrays itself as a "premium" brand. I ordered a sweatshirt for over 50 bucks and it took three weeks to get delivered. Once it arrived, the label was different, size was wrong, stitching was cheap and the quality was terrible. They dropship from China.

Take this as a warning and save your money. I will be contacting my bank for a refund.

If only I could give them a negative score. Awful "company" it's almost as if they are scammers pretending to be a clothing company. I placed an order for six shirts with these *expletives* as I was preparing to go on a trip. I received my order a month later and they got half my order wrong the other half was complete garbage, loose threads or button holes that were never sewn. I have been trying for almost two weeks to get in contact to get a return set up... But these thieves have not answered any of my messages. I will try a third time but fear I have been robbed. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES AGAIN! Neither should anyone else.

I ordered a Cardigan Sweater in May 2025 for $59. It is now June 2025 and I have not received the product. Repeated phone calls and e-mails have not been answered. I think I learned the hard way that this is a scam operation and will be more careful next time.

I ordered a jacket through Benson & Clark website. I had no idea it was coming from china, it took about a month to arrive. The jacket had a stupid stamp on the front pocket that wasn’t on the original jacket picture I ordered it from the website. When I emailed them to inquire how to return the jacket and get my refund, the email came back as “address not found”. Is the same email address they used to send me shipment dispatched. According to all the reviews I read online this company is a scam.

Don't even want to give this company 1*. The items that arrived for my husband's birthday in a XXL are the size of a size 10 woman. I paid £175 for 5 items and they are all the worst quality and completely wrong sizing. The gilet has some kind of Chinese writing on the breast. I have now been told that I have to pay to send it back to China - which would no doubt cost more money than the purchase itself. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

DO NOT buy from this legit looking website. I bought a pair of shoes, that still haven't arrived and paid 70 for them. After no sign of arrival, I looked up the shoes and could have bought them from a cheap Chinese website for 20 euro! Bigger fool me as because the website is so professional looking, I never looked at any reviews, which I normally would. This website should be shut down and I will be taking it further to try and do just that! Scam alert.

My Chanyarn hoodie is amazingly beautiful, perfect fit, and best dollar value I have spent in years! I have tried exchanging for a different color and the best they could do was offer a 20% discount on 2nd purchase. Their CSR is well spoken and timely. I haven't tried returning anything. That would appear very difficult and costly due to product origins from China.

Don’t even bother ordering from here. You have to hound them for a refund and they keep some of it anyway. Very untrusting company!!!!
