I purchased 2 pairs of Ben Sherman "Strum" shoes in a size 7 and 8. After less than 6 weeks wear my son was complaining of wet feet. After examining the shoes it was clear that the soles had worn out and split. I expected better quality from Ben Sherman.

Those are our Summer 2023 stock. They were made specifically for Ben Sherman Outlet.
Those labels are our standard labels for our stock. All of our stock is made abroad, as most clothes stores in the UK do as costs over here are too high. They are then shipped to just our Ben Sherman stores.

We have had no complaints about this stock which we have had in since Spring. Especially none about them being itchy, so as I suggested on the phone I think because you haven't washed them before wearing them that possibly someone has tried them on with a fragrance you may be sensitive to.

Unfortunately we can not offer a refund as there is no fault with the 2 items.

Bought white sneakers and they have started to crack after wearing just four times in total. Going to the bin very soon. Even the cheapest shoes from Alibaba, Primark, others will last a good 50 wears.

Having a collection of shoes, can say that this is the worst experience with any shoe EVER. Never buy a Ben Sherman shoe.

Bought a pair of Ben Sherman shoes a couple of months ago and the heel has split in half o one of them, never had this happen even with cheap pairs of shoes.

Wish I had seen these reviews before buying as their quality is so bad.

5 years ago, Ben Sherman tshirts were brilliant. Now the only ones that have any sort of quality are the plain tees in the shops. Every tshirt i have bought with a logo from the website has disintegrated and the material is super thin and goes out of shape far too quickly.
Really disappointed as used to buy 5-8 per year for my partner. Bring back the quality.

I was gifted a new Ben Sherman belt at Christmas and after 3 weeks it started to disintegrate. I contacted customer services who just said give it back to the person who gifted it to you and get them to return it. I understand even if your faith and beliefs are not inline with Christmas this is a little inappropriate course of action. I was then asked to fill out a customer satisfaction form which I did and sadly didn't rate the agent very highly. No response was received from Ben Sherman. This is why I would not recommend this company and their customer service is at best poor. There are much better company's to do business with.

The worst returns process I have ever experienced. Poorly designed interface and forced to use collect+.
I only ordered because other options were available. The only one I can get to when it's open refuses to pick up parcels as they always have no space. Bit of a joke for a company that charges a premium, given that their brand has become rather tacky.

I bought some Ben Shermann slippers and they only lasted a few months. Worst quality slippers ever.

I bought a pair of Ben Sherman Boots and writhing 2 months the sole had split. I cannot believe the quality could be so bad. Probably the worst pair of boots I ever bought. Definitely not value for money.

Customer service isn't bad .... It's non existent.
They are happy to take your money but they wont respond to e mails or phone calls when things don't go to plan. Avoid at all cost.

Discount given and advertising looked great which came through my Ben Sherman uk FB page however after making a purchase got skeptical as non of the FB pages had any comment.
Never got my clothes or any notification but got a refund and made a loss of £3 to £4 for shipping charges which they did not refund.

Poor quality clothing, unscrupulous operations and terrible customer service.

Having bought Ben Sherman for many years I will never buy again.

I bought three pairs of shorts, charged for three but only two delivered. Not lost in delivery as website indicated they only had two in stock but they still charged me for three.

Quality extremely poor compared to previous purchases of same shorts a few years ago.

Requested a refund for the missing pair in the returns period and am being told they will refuse to refund me as they sent me three pairs of shorts and I didn’t request a refund in their returns period. I have been disputing this for weeks with email evidence but get the same response.

What an unscrupulous untrustworthy company.

quality has gone !!! bought your product most of my life and its not the same anymore ... has india took over ....! i dont know how you think you could get away with selling cheap made boots ... with Bensherman tags on them

I used my pair of brown Ben Sherman men's wingtip oxford shoes for the first time on my birthday (10/16/22) after having them stored in their box in my bedroom for at least 3 years. Went to church, then lunch at CPK with family, then walked around for half an hour at the outdoor mall where CPK was located. So after about 4 hours on my feet, the "leather" everywhere was peeling(!) on both of them. I cannot believe it. I've had faux leather shoes before but this is just horrible. I don't even know if I can return them; I don't know when/where I bought them. I will never buy anything branded Ben Sherman. Fool me once...

Side note: Date of experience at Trustpilot is 10/15/2022 but the correct date is 10/16/2022 (I kept trying to update the review but it keeps going back to 10/15/2022 for some reason).

Don't buy this garbage !!! I've bought a pair of Ben Sherman boots, it's said - 100 % leather (made in India). I found the boot made from 8 pieces,only 2 of them is real leather, 6 of them fake, syntetic "leather". Not worth the money I paid (around $100 CAD)

Purchased a suit. The jacket was sent in a plastic bag 10" by 10". It was creased all over and unfit to wear without a professional press. I am not going to spend my money on a suit that cannot be worn without a good press first. Ben Sherman - no more purchases from me

I absolutely loved the Ben Sherman jeans that I bought, I think I paid around £70 for them, but after around a year of occasional wear, I noticed a rip starting to appear near one of the back pockets, never in my life have I had this happen to a pair of jeans. I will be walking past this brand in the future!

Terrible Quaility - would give 0 stars if I could.
Bought Chelsea Boots less than 4 months ago. At most I use them for a 30 minute walk once a week and I have already worn through the soles. The soles also cracked badly after just 6 weeks.
Will never buy Ben Sherman shoes again.
Terrible waste of money.
My identical Jones boots are 2 years old, worn 5 days a week and still going strong.

I ordered a pair of jeans for my husband. Exactly same style, details and size as a pair he already has. The new ones are much bigger and don’t fit. I asked to return them but they say as there is no Click & Collect shop in my area, I must return by courier at my own expense - £5. I am flabbergasted. Never experienced such poor customer service in my lengthy internet shopping experience. Obviously I don’t recommend this company and will never use them again.
