Comfortable once on but VERY. Hard to put on your foot. The sole seems to be pretty thin.

Do not buy from this dodgy website. Items look ok on the uk based website,but regarding the leather goods ie,shoes,boots,trainers they are not good old genuine leather handmade. They come from China,and the quality is nothing of the sort the website states. Arrive in plastic bags,no posh box as you would expect from 2 retiring gentleman with years of experience making handmade goods. Returns are a nightmare,pay your own fees to China,or they offer will offer 20%-25% of original price to keep the goods and have that part refund.
Disappointed I got conned,they are advertising all over Facebook. They should take responsibility for banning them advertising.

The 2 pairs of shoes I purchased are excellent very comfy well made and a very good price

The adverts are AI-generated and do not represent the product's actual image. Shoes are made in China and produced with very cheap materials. Anyone aiming for vintage quality shoes as falsely depicted will put them in the bin, just as I have. Not even bothered to battle for a refund, seriously. Any positive comments and ratings are fake, trust me here.

Disgraceful company. Ordered 2 hoodies that were supposedly in the sale, the closing down sale (80%) off. They use two old men as their sob story retiring. The pictures of the hoodies look great !!! They supposedly a UK company with a website address as well as lots of advertising all over facebook. It said on website 2-3 days for delivery, however took 2 weeks !!!!! WHY ? Because they sent the hoodies from CHINA. The quality was disgustingly cheap and t-shirt material even though supposed to be warm hoodies. I wouldn't pay £5 each for them, I checked Temu because I read someone else's review & yes they are selling same hoodies for £9.00. On their website they say was £100 now £34.95. They are the worst clothing items I have ever received when bought anywhere in shops or online !!!!!
Once you've received them, they make it extremely difficult for you to return the items as you have to pay for the returns and you have to send them back to CHINA 😩. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - TOTAL SCAMMERS 😬

Absolute con! Two old friends closing a business….. what a lie . This is a thieving Chinese company using false advertising. I am ticked off that I was deceived by it. Don’t use them , they will rip you off with cheap shite products that you wouldn’t buyin a jumble sale

This is a con there is no such business as Bennett & Mason. The advert shown 2 men who allegedly own the business that they are closing is probably created by AI.
I ordered a pair of shoes which took over a month for them to eventually arrive in a plastic bad with no paper work. They were of very poor quality & didn’t fit properly. When I asked to return them I was given an address in China & was told I had to return them in a specific way where the cost would be more than what I paid for them even though the shoes were not cheap. When I complained about why I should be the one paying for a product that was not of a quality as described in their advert, I was offered a 20% refund to keep the shoes, I challenged that then the offer went up to 25%.😡
This business should be closed down & fb should block them, not worth spending your money DO NOT FALL FIR THEIR CON AS I DID 😡

Would have given 5 stars but took a long time for delivery,nearly 3weeks. Shoes however are absolutely beautiful. Fit well and are soft so husband was able to wear immediately and no blisters. Great price too.

I received some very nice shoes but they were a size too small for me.I could have returned them but you said I could keep them and get a refund which I did.I thought I would get a bigger refund and now have to sell them to get more money back.

It's a scam I bought a wrist watches
