Be aware! This company is not a UK based company, they make it appear to be a UK company. I think they are in china. Shoes arrived, one bigger than the other. Tried to get a refund and told I will need to pay taxes etc

Quality of shoes was Rubish. Not advertised as plastic that is what you’re paying for. Mistake made
Delivery from China so expect a long wait for poor quality.

Read the advert thought British company looks good. Then chased order and realised coming from China. Boots didn't look like the advert. I tried them on the sole fell off after 5 metres. Contacted the company re this and told you have worn them and out of warranty period. 30 days this must be from date of order. Explained the issue again and they promised to look into it and still waiting a month later. Quality poor and advert mis leading

Order never arrived despite them saying had been delivered. contacted them, after several emails back and forth, proved to them that they needed to contact Royal Mail who, they say was final mile courier, been 3 weeks and still nothing back. Scammers

This is a scam chinese drop shipping business. They will not issue refunds when the goods arrive they are not leather shoes the stench of man made plastic shoes is unbelievable when you open the package. They will offer you up to 30% refund and you keep the products. If you want a full refund you will have to fund the return to China. Or you report to the ASA, Trading Stds, and begin a claimback via your bank or credit card provider. You will get your money back if you do this.

I've never had a worse quality shoe, made to look local and handmade but it's mass produced in China. Wore it once and the toe scuffed up immediately

Really poor quality , no evidence of CE marking or any indication they are suitable to be sell in the UK market. 100% sure that they are not comply with any regulations and standards. TEMU provides better quality than this scum.
You can claim back 100% with your bank ,but have to state reason of non compliancy with UK market regulations.

Don’t be fooled by the FB advertisements it’s not an English company closing down

Customer service and quality control was very good goods where delivered on time and they are all of excellent quality well pleased with them Will be ordering them again soon

The shoes are great tbh. I have neuropathy in the soles of my feet and these really help, especially with driving.
The marketing is a bit iffy though. These took a good while to arrive and appeared as airmail from China?
Hardly a quaint London cobblers😂.

Very cheap looking plastic shoes, returns policy is a joke and ends up costing a fortune as customer has to pay return costs overseas and tax, they are also likely not to arrive back at all. Company obviously know this as offer to refund 20% if you keep shoes. Shop seems like Uk based but clearly isn’t. AVOID!

Very poor quality shoes, not UK hand made as the website would have you think. Extremely difficult to return - To China at the buyers expense

SCAM from CHINA, DON'T BUY. Cheap mass produced product. The 2 old guys on the website, David & Brian have NOT made these shoes. Return policy basically threatens large potential return costs to CHINA and additional customs expenses, so you basically can't return them. They will offer 25% off to keep them. Mine are going in the bin. DON'T DO IT

Looks like a scam - sent wrong size and boots doesn't look as in the picture - completely cheap crap. No free return back to China, scary people with hight import tax, so no return option.
One star - they give a discount.

The worst shoes I have ever bought they look so cheap, all I can smell plastic. Do not waste your time and Money.

Utter utter crap product -this company gives the impression of a gentleman’s shop / outfitters which doesn’t exist at all .. the shoes have arrived from china . The ‘ leather’ is awful flat colour PVC bears no resemblance to the ad pictures. i’d be embarrassed to wear to these to be quite frank, people what say what the heck rubbish are you wearing .
they look what they are - cheap n nasty from china - a complete web based con.

They give a false presentation of being an English company about to close down, hence lower prices. They are Chinese. The prices aren't low. The quality is, ill-fitting and uncomfortable. They are not orthopaedic as stated. I couldn't even get them on without a mighty struggle. Impossible to return other than at high cost. I have been conned.

On time delivery. Shoes value for the money.
