The product was excellent, it just took a bit longer to be delivered than I expected.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots and I eventually received them. My only thought is that the delivery took several weeks.

Massive SCAM. Don't go there!!!!! Cannot believe these gangsters conned me....never again! Heritage shoes my butt, avoid at all cost...

I just received the boots and they are SHITE in every sense. Cheap rubbish. Worth no more than 10 pound. They say original price is 189.99 and selling for 49.99.

The Bradford shoes are very stylish but absolutely not fit for the purpose of trekking as advertised and sold. The soles are no better than an old fashion gym shoe. Thin and very flexible with no support. Even with my orthotics fitted still very flexible. The shoes did not have the padding around the ankle as shown on website.

Absolutely disgusted with this company, advertised as family uk business but received a cheap, badly made pair of boots. Customer service offered 20% reimbursement and to keep crap product, stating that if I sent the boots back, it would be expensive and they may get lossed. Something has to be done about this.

I ordered from thier "closing down sale". This is completely fake.
The company are trading from China. Once i found out two hours later after placing my order I wrote an email to their customer service team cancelling my order. Next day I got an email saying this was not possible as my order had been dispatched. Please read all the reviews before you buy. I will be reporting them to trading standards

Would give zero if I could . Still after many weeks have no product as it’s being shipped from who knows where apparently. Yet they can’t tell me where it coming from or where the alleged uk shop was.

Well, I saw the advert, I love shoes, so I buy them abroad as there are many choices, at sensible prices, When I read the advert, I thought to myself, how come I dont know these guys ??, then I noticed the massive reductions, red flag, so I checked here on Trustpilot. Thank God I did, you have all saved me money, thank you.

This is a scam - quality of the shoes is very poor and if you want to return you have to send back to China.
Avoid!

Complete and utter scam, the shoes described in the advert, I am size UK 7 ordered and received size 8, could not get them on, so narrow, and described as extra roomy. The inner sole was minimalist cheap, and the shoes not leather but plastic. They are sending me another pair cost free, different type. I might salvage something, but doubt it.

Fake website and misleading closing down ad on Facebook. Sale price was very appealing for the quality of shoe designs on their website. Turned out to be fake. When I pulled my order they chased me with offers of even more discount. AVOID

Plastic shoes I can't believe I got conned. The website looks real and I believed they were closing down. What a fool.

As others have said, fake closing down sale on Facebook and goods shipped direct from China with no UK address or customer support. I tried to cancel my order less than a day after placing it and they said it was too late, the order had been shipped, but if not satisfied, I could return the goods within 30 days to... China. What a joke.

Not the genuine leather shoes advertised, they look cheap and basically plastic and poorly made. I doubt if they'll last long so best used for gardening and DIY jobs. First and last time I'll buy anything from a Facebook ad.

This website is a scam. I ordered a pair of leather boots, but when I received them, they were man-made. Unfortunately, if I want to send them back, I have to send them to China. Even though the boots have been mis-sold, the seller won't cover any returns costs.
The company itself is one big lie, made to look like a British high street retailer, selling high quality goods at reduced prices as they're 'closing down'. There is no Bennet or Mason. There are no high quality goods. It's all one big scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I have to say like others that Bennet and Mason looks genuine. I ordered two pairs of shoes from them
But only recently had doughts about their authenticity.
There are so many ads on face book now with other
Companies offering the same 80%off for products and goods.
On another note I have received two pairs of shoes
Today which I am not unpleased with. They are as described in the illustration. And also tracking was accurate .

As others have said, it's a scam. AI-based website looks pretty good, but what you get is nothing like what you're shown or what is promised. Foolishly paid well over the odds for a pair of flimsy, plastic boots that will manage about 20 miles before they fall to bits. Avoid like the plague. Once they get enough poor reviews they'll relaunch as something else & do it all again.
