Ben Lomond Gin Anmeldelser

This was a present for my niece and I wanted something she loved but also a memory of her 40th birthday. The gin was a perfect choice with the engraving on the bottle. She was absolutely over the moon with it.

Lovely bottle of gin exactly as described with lovely inscription Really pleased with this. Would definitely recommend

Bought as a 40th gift for my friend and she absolutely loved it, thank you so much as it came in a beautiful presentation box and it looks fantastic, taste amazing too
Really recommend this gin

Can't comment on the gin itself as it was a gift.
However, the bottle arrived without the inscription I had specified. Very disappointing.

Excellent and efficient service. Lovely gin

I am a big gin drinker - my wife bought me a Ben Lomond Gin with Glass from Waitrose as a Christmas gift. The best flavour of any Gin I have ever had.
Well done Ben Lomond - you have another fan.

Very poor customer service. I needed to get in contact with the customer service team and I received no response. I contacted the team via email and instagram messenger. I tried to comment on a post and this wasn’t allowed. My question was never answered and I still don’t know when my order will arrive. Very disappointing when express delivered was selected at the checkout.
I certainly will not be ordering from the website again.

Ordered a gorgeous personalised bottle from Ben Lomond Gin. This arrived promptly, looks amazing and the customer service has been second to none. Will definitely be ordering again from them in the future!! 10/10 :)

Delivery was next day which was excellent. Packaging and product were excellent. And I’m assured that the Gin was delicious.

The valentine message inscribed bottle was a great idea and much appreciated by my valentine. I was a little disappointed with the quality of the inscribing though -- it looked very impressive in the picture but in reality it was quite difficult to read (it didn't stand out against the pink liquid very well).

Quality of the gin itself and speed of service great as usual.

I ordered two engraved bottles of gin. The order arrived quickly, the etching was very good and as the bottles were wrapped and boxed it made gifting very simple. The only problem was that the bottles had different messages and there was no indication which bottle was which so I had to open one to confirm!

Good service, excellent Gin

Excellent gin. Good service with quick delivery.

Website easy and secure. Delivery fast within a couple of days of ordering. Well packaged, all recyclable. Bought as a gift and the recipient assured me the blood orange and pink grapefruit Gin was “outstanding” . Would have no hesitation in using again.

The perfect gift for my father-in-law and for any gin lover!

Great product nicely presented and fast delivery 👌.

Best gin ever. Love supporting a Scottish company

Very good customer service. Happy with my purchase and delivery time.

This is my second bottle. Gin was excellent. This purchase is a present

Faultless experience ordering from Ben Lomond Gin. My purchase arrived in double quick time and it was beautifully presented. Would not hesitate to order from this company again.
