We are very sorry you felt the need to post negative feedback. We did check the status of the ticket you needed to refund, and although 24 hours later than expected, you did receive this refund.
We are also sorry you were not able to make your Boat Party event, we did make a point of letting you know on a number of occasions, the importance of making transportation arrangements for this event, if you had done so, there would have been no reason your group would have missed their event. Our boat party events are fantastic and have great feedback following sold out events every week, it's a shame you missed this.
In response to your claim of no service, this is unfair, we have communicated with you a great deal leading up to your events, you did need more assistance than most groups, and afterwards regarding the refund of the one extra ticket that you purchased in error.
