Hi..our neighbors lost their beloved lab DIXIE and we wanted to find something unique and special and I came across this company.. Dixie loved their pond and I sent a picture of her walking in the water near the sandy area. At 1st they sent a nice preview but it wasn't as vivid as the picture, and I asked if they could show more of the pond because it meant so much and if it was possible to add her name in the sand with the dates. To my unexpected surprise they worked their magic and it came out absolutely perfect. And added her name in the sand as if they wrote it themselves. Even my husband commented on how nice it came out because he was her swimming buddy. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. They listened to my requests and made it happen.

I placed an order but had to cancel it for unforeseen circumstances. The customer service agent was very pleasant to chat with and was very understanding about my situation. I intend on ordering their products in the future because they look very nice.

The most beautiful personalized canvas was made, for my husband on father's day!! Very happy with my purchase. Thank you!!

The product was beautiful 💜 The communication felt straight from the heart and not a script. Thank you - will be using you again !!

It was very easy to order. It shipped quickly. I ordered an 11x14 canvas print for my son for Father's day. I turned out beautiful.

Beautiful father's day canvas.

Great communication and photo gift came out so nice. My mom loved her gift. Thank you!

My order came absolutely in prefect condition. I admire how well the pictures turned out. From the time I placed my order until I received my package was in the timeframe stated. Overall I am grateful that I have a wonderful gift to give to the father of my babies.

Very pleased with product and communications and willingness to make changes to picture. Worked quickly. Felt like emails were written by an actual human being and not just pre-done responses that were triggered as an auto response to each step in the ordering process.

Losing a pet is one of life's worst experiences and just over 3 weeks ago I lost my heart and soul Shandy. She was the best friend... Companion and side kick anyone could ask for. When I reached out to Benicee they were exactly what I was looking for to memorialize her. They were very detail oriented and responded quickly to the changes I asked for. I was extremely satisfied with the final portrait and it arrived nicely packaged and rather quick. Id highly recommend them to my friends and family,in fact I'm getting ready to send them another set of pictures of my right hand partner who was tragically killed 2 years ago.

I must say I am not only highly impressed with their outstanding customer service, but their product was excellent as well. The prints, everthing was great! They sped up the production and we were able to gift it on time and our family friend loved it so much! Thank you Benicee! We appreciate you! Highly recommended if you are looking for something unique and impressive! :)
