This is the first time I have travelled on my own with my child and the first time I have used this service.
Well where do I start, I walked out of arrivals and my pick up was waiting there straight away with my name clearly on display, he was very helpful with our bags, drove very well and the car was clean and fresh.
Today we got picked up, and I requested to be picked up from a different location and that was not a problem, my daughter and I again rode in comfort in a clean,fresh small mini bus. Our driver took and loaded our bags, this driver was the owner of the company and was very nice and friendly, we chatted all the way to the airport.
I can not rate BeniBus highly enough and would use them every time.

Great experience with this company. Communication was 1st class and Ian was great and chatty. Would use again and definitely recommend

I seen Benibus on a television programme and messaged for a price to pick our family up from Alicante Airport and then return us there after our holiday, I can't give enough stars for the service this company gave us, our driver on both occasions was Ian, an absolute gentleman who communicated with us perfectly and was such a source of information for us regarding the area we were staying in. By using this service it meant we didn't have to bother hiring cars which was a saving on money and on stress. Anyone taking a holiday in the Alicante region contact Benibus for a quote for a stress free holiday.

There is nothing negative to say about this company. Excellent service, friendly and professional, reasonably priced, immaculate buses. Fantastic!

Used benibus for our airport transfer from Alicante to Calpe, from the quick reply when booking, easy clear directions, flawless pickups I highly recommend this company, will definitely be using in the future.

Booked this company for a group of 8 women from Alicante to Benidorm.
Booked a return trip.
No up front payment or deposit was required
They tracked our flight and the minibus was waiting for us when we got into the bus terminal. We were a bit late because one of us had to covid tested. It was no problem to the driver, Mark.
Got dropped off outside our hotel and Mark said the driver for our departure would contact me. Got a text the day before telling us the time he would be there etc .
Ian was 10 minutes early..En route to Alicante one of our group became quite poorly.
Ian was very helpful, kind.. he was amazing.
Benibus drivers and their communication people are second to none .
I cannot praise ALL of them (especially Ian) enough. X

We used Benibus having asked on a Benidorm Facebook group who people use as we don't like using agent transfer coaches. From the outset the communication was fantastic and we never felt like we could be let down. Ian was our driver to and from our hotel and was really nice, chatty and knowledgeable. We actually arrived at our hotel about an hour before the coach transfer and icky took about 40 minutes from the airport. We were so impressed we've already referred Benibus to friends travelling to Alicante in a couple of months time. Highly recommended

We used Benibus to collect us from the Airport and also our return trip.Ian was our driver. A really nice guy.Great communication from them in regards to when they will collect you. Will use again.

just returned from benidorm xmas21 used these guys for transfers to / from airport . service was excelent and communication first rate . highly reccomended for transfers from alicante airport. we wont be using anyone else in the future

Used Benibus for our transfer from Alicante airport. They were excellent beyond 5 stars from booking to drop off. Driver was helpful and friendly he even offered to print out out PL forms .

Fantastic service, met at Alicante airport on the Friday and dropped off outside our Hotel in Benidorm. Picked up on the Monday morning for our return journey back to the UK. No waiting around, excellant service, highly recommended. *****

A1 Service. Ian our driver was there on time and communication was brilliant through Whatsapp with a photograph of the location of the taxi. Good value and highly recommended.

Fantastic efficient service. Our 1st time using a private transfer and it won't be our last. Will also recommend to friends or to anyone thinking of using a private transfer. From our initial query to booking (even when I put the wrong dates!!) we were kept informed with messages or calls regarding pick up times and places. Both our drivers were very friendly & efficient. Well worth the money to be at our apartment, on the beach or in the bar instead of driving around on a coach for hours. Plus straight back to the airport in less than 45 minutes when our holiday was unfortunately over. Made the journeys a lot more chilled. Thanks Benibus team.

5 stars isnt enough for the service this company provides! From start to finish brilliant communication and super fast reply to queries, thanks Terri. Kept well informed and sent a live location message on the morning of pick up. Ian you were wonderful company and the best driver. We will definately be using this service again. Amazing service. Loved that we were kept informed of the pick up times throughout and contacted the day before to confirm.
Transportation was really clean and both Ian and Mark very pleasant company! Will definitely book with them from now on!
