My experience with Benenden Health has been exceptional from start to finish. Their service has consistently been professional, efficient, and genuinely supportive. Appointments have been arranged promptly with minimal waiting times, which has made accessing care both reassuring and stress-free.

First experience of Benenden Health
From first contact to seek assistant right through to seeing a Consultant, having an MRI any get the results were all done really quickly and I was extremely pleased with how smoothly everything went and it certainly made everything less stressful. I would highly recommend Benenden.

Benenden Health is a efficient organisation which provides support when the NHS can't. Relatively inexpensive compared to other health providers. Pleasant and helpful assistants when you phone.

Spine MRI
I was able to have MRI on my spine
As the waiting list was long this has
stopped me from worrying about the
Outcome. I am now able to have other
tests to sort out the problem with my

Easy access to speak with a GP. Was able to book a time on app. Call back as arranged and reassured as there was a two week wait to see my own GP

Benenden is amazing - I’ve had brilliant experiences when I’ve needed their help. I’d recommend to anyone who can’t afford to go private but need a very welcome safety net. In fact I recommend them earlier today!

Very grateful to have Benenden!
Very grateful to have through my work, first time using, they were very helpful and so pleased that I managed to get the consultant and and most diagnostic tests done within weeks of my initial contact- my emergency appointment though the NHS would have been 4 months after my initial GP referral! Have a long way to go for treatment but so grateful I am a lot further along in the process because I had Benenden.
