Ordered a jacket, it arrived screwed up in a tiny parcel. The jacket was unlined and very poor quality. I contacted the company to return and was told the return cost was £30/35 as it had to go to china. I could have a.30% refund, after another email I was offered 50%, which i excepted. There offices are in the Netherlands so i thought when i ordered i was dealing with Europe. Is this even legal practice.
I would strongly advice not shopping with this rougue company.

False advertising and substandard products. Advertises refund but gives option of customer paying £31 return cost or 30% refund of amount paid. Disgusting.

Avoid at all costs!!! My daughter bought a dress and when it arrived it was not as described. Before ordering I checked their returns policy and it said you can return for refund or exchange within 30 days.
I contacted the company the day after the parcel arrived to request a refund and was told the cost of the return would be £30-£35 (the dress cost £34.95)
Absolute SCAM!! Disgraceful

The shipping took 2-3weeks, I was informed 6-9 days. After the long wait I got sent the wrong dress. Reply’s to late delivery were fast but when I asked for exchange or refund it was slower. Also there is no size guide on the website good enough. No specific information on if the sizes are UK or general therefore a 3xl dress ended up being an L at a push. Overall, I’ve had a bad experience and would not recommend.

I have placed four orders with this company, and none of the items matched the descriptions or photos shown on their website. I initially believed this was a UK-based company, but the products were actually dispatched from China.

Their return policy states:

"To initiate a return or exchange, contact support at support @ belvaneau.com within the return window and provide your order number, details of the item(s), reason for return, and photos if applicable. Returns submitted without prior approval will be refused."

Despite following their process and contacting them, I have not received any response. As a result, I have contacted my bank to assist with obtaining a refund.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using this website.

This is the case with the women's trousers, which were very loose at the waist but fitted snugly around the hips and which were altered by a local tailor at a cheap rate. I had considered not posting this, but I did post it because I think it is an important message to pass along.

Clothes arrived fast, stitching neat. A smooth online experience without any extra hype.

The sleeves of the sweater are long enough. The cuffs fall right at my writes, through if they were a bit longer, it would have been good.

Shipping was fast. The suit is identical to the one they have posted on the internet. Simple and just as I'd imagined.

The pants have to be hemmed, but the fabric is not stiff. Sits well and moves around easily.
