I had a very good experience with the people I spoke to over the phone. The sales process was quick and easy, the bike came in a timely fashion after the order and I've had nothing but good things to say so far. The service department was super fast and responding to an issue I had with shipping so I can't complain. The only issue, if I had to have one was that the bike did not come with any kind of a user manual for the digital display. But that's about it. Great bike! 11

Gold Star in Customer Service. I feel they went above and beyond to find my correct parts. I had needed a unique unlisted part, for my Kp mini. Had to do a Time-Sert repair. So the seal I needed was very important that I got correct. Had a very difficult time looking around in local auto part retail stores. Most of which had no idea what they were even looking at. Couldn't find it online in any market. The Customer Service representative keep in touch often to ensure me they still was working close with the Parts Team to find what I so desperately needed. Definitely made more progress with the help I received then I had anywhere else. I'll be a returning customer for sure.

Paid extra for a “fully assembled and tested” trike, but what I received was not functional. After weeks of troubleshooting and asking for help, the seller refused to provide the parts needed to fix it. Customer support was dismissive and unhelpful. Be careful before spending money here!!! They don’t stand behind what they sell.

Purchased a Maddog Gen V 50cc. Paid for rush processing and had my bike in under a week. Mark and Tommy were in communication with me through every step of the process. The bike arrived in perfect shape, started right up and runs perfectly. I do think the catalogue page implied the bike would ship with it's MCO included, but it's in the mail and on its way to arrive about a day behind the bike. From my experience I'd say the company is trustworthy and sells a good quality product. Be aware going into it that these bikes aren't American made, they're Chinese imports, sold at very affordable prices. You're not paying $2000 for a brand new Harley Davidson. That being said, even at the low price I paid, this bike is the highest quality, most attractive GY6 clone I've ever owned and what I paid for it online is what I paid for lower quality, less appealing bikes at local dealerships. I was cautious about spending so much money online, but Mark was helpful and communicative and made me feel way better about purchasing. Then, when I had questions about the shipping date, I got Tommy on the phone through the toll free number. Both representatives were easy to reach, pleasant to communicate with, and very helpful. I would recommend this dealer over any local dealer to eliminate excess costs, and if you're on the fence about whether it's a legitimate business, it is. Would purchase again, and probably will.

Bought a new Icebear Champion bike. Runs like crap. I notified the company about the problem. They want to explain via phone how to fix it myself. Nope! Not happening. I don't have the tools or knowledge on how to fix this. And, if I take it to a bike shop I have to pay out of my pocket. The company will not refund. Stay away from these people and bike. I believe the problem is the carb. No way am I going to change out another carb.

They are blatant liars and con artists. They sale crap and falsely advertise specifications of their bikes. I'm in the whole $1300. I bought a dirt bike to ride... not to have to replace almost every part. I could have built one... it may have been cheaper. I want to file a civil suit.

Customer service is not good. Bought an icebear fuerza and it was missing an axle nut. They told me go buy one at a hardware store. Couldn't even ship me a 10 cent piece. Stop and think about how they will fix anything wrong with what you order. Take my advice order somewhere else.

I purchased the 2020 Venom x22 GT 250cc automatic motorcycle. Order it in May 2020 got it in September 2020. When I recieved it the fairing was busted up from shipping. No problem on replacement, but with 141 miles on it the motorcycle will not start up, I have video and emails to and from this company. They said the carb was messed up got a new one hooked up properly and still not starting up. Tech said fire, so I took spark plug out like they said and fire was good. Tech said idle but if motorcycle want start up what can I do about that. Troubleshooting on a brand motorcycle I don't get it. Parts under warranty but they saying I have to pay labor, thats crazy! Tech said they check out every motorcycle they ship out, I dont believe it. They give you run around take your hard earned money and leave you on a island. Cheap products that they keep pushing out there warehouse! BUYER BE WARE THIS COMPANY ISN'T WHO THEY CLAIMIMG TO BE!!! Maybe a Lawyer Needs To Be Contacted about this Matter!!
