Absolutely appalling service, booked car in for diagnostic due to management light came on, sat for 2.5 hours to be told that could not finish diagnosis and they would need to keep the car which left me without a way of getting home which was 26 miles away, was told no courtesy car and could I not get a taxi, this was just the start of it, car was in the garage for over a week before they even ran check again, was then told they had ordered the part and would be in as soon as arrives, received a call Tuesday to be told they had fitted part and still not sorted and did not know when would be sorted. Received another call yesterday to say it was all sorted and can collect tomorrow as they were going to wash and have ready, arrived to collect car was absolutely filthy and had not been cleaned as told and I asked what issues were and they could not tell me, I asked if car was safe to drive and was told yes all issues sorted, make my way back on the 26 mile journey and the engine management light appears again, got back to office and rang them and was told to drive back over, again I asked if safe to drive and they said not sure, said you need to come and recover this car and issue me with a courtesy car as this was not sorted, lady said I need to speak to management and get back to you, this was at 12.45 and its now 15.55 and still no call back and no one answering phones, called out AA and they have said that they have not fixed the car and it needs to go back in. AVOID THIS DEALER WITH ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Popped into Bells a few weeks ago to talk about the Kia EV3 on Motability and spoke to Tommy. He was very knowledgeable about both the car and the Motability scheme and gave us a couple of test drives in the car.

Having been impressed, we ordered the car in GTS-Line and a few weeks later it was ready. They bought my car off me for a reasonable amount and we collected the car today. Tommy went through all of the menus, and there’s loads, he knew about them and what he believed were the best settings for me with my eye issues.

The whole experience was very easy, relaxed and informative.

I have been with Bedford branch as a customer for many years, they have looked after me to the highest level possible. Last year sensibly I made the decision to go for a newer car on finance! Not something I really like to do but something I had to do. They sorted everything and more, I had the perfect warranty and when there was an issue this year it was fixed without any questions…I was given a brand new courtesy car until mine was fixed at no cost to myself. Team Bedford Volvo are a tight team, the mechanics are delightful and just amazing!
