Peter made everything so easy and seamless right from when we first walked in , very friendly was always available on the telephone would highly recommend Volvo at Bells .We went there after getting a rather unhelpful and negative experience at another dealership Not Bells I have to say and honestly at Bells at Bedford they are so customer focused nothing is too much trouble and for the first time ever after picking up a new car we had a call in the afternoon to make sure we were happy and all was well with the car and making sure we had no problems and everything we needed .

Came in December, was offered a price, still slightly out of my price range, but with some negotiation, it all went great, placed order and then had to wait till March! March arrived and arrrived and car ready to collect !

First time Kia owners having just purchased a Kia Sportage 25 plate from Bells Kia Northamptonshire. The customer service has been excellent. We can highly recommend Ali who looked after us throughout this seamless process which included the trade in of our car. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and we felt very looked after. Had wifes car serviced. Seemed all ok, but on way home engine management light came on. Next day, I called Bells, and they suggested not to drive the car until diagnostics done. Asked "Can you come out and do it? Reply was "No. Use Kia assist." Kia assist wouldn't do it without payment as car had just reached 3 hrs old.
Long story cut short, called AA. They came and found a wiring connector had not been replaced during the service. Not best pleased that it cost me a morning of hanging around and unnecessary frustration for the sake of a technician not doing his job.
I'm still waiting for the follow up call i was promised. Not holding my breath.

Wanted to write a review as I am so happy with my New Kia & the service I got from Luke was first class 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from start to finish

My wife and I went to the Bell’s Volvo dealership at Bedford , their sales consultant Luke Ellis was so helpful, he explained thoroughly all of the questions I asked, and gave us time to make our decisions.
When collecting our new XC 40 Bell’s Volvo gave us a beautiful flower arrangement.
We would certainly recommend Bell’s Volvo Bedford.

Had a problem with EV light randomly coming on and found to be heater problem. Long delay in getting spare part so given a courtesy car. Jo Farron Wilson on reception was first class and a credit to the company.
