Sian and Bells & Whistles Luxury provide a professional, friendly and reliable service. I have been thrilled with the 3 purchases I have made. All of which have been delivered very promptly. I highly recommend.

Trustworthy seller and high quality bags. Thank you for the quick delivery.

Just excellent! Both Sian and Ryan were extremely helpful in regards to my recent YSL bag purchase, which is gorgeously fabulous in every way! The bag is in stunning condition and with the added bonus of verification, it was a completely stress free experience. Prompt and secure delivery too. I will DEFINITELY be back! 10/10 🤩

I can't praise this company enough. I've sold a few items to them and the service is superb, offering fair prices, free postage and super fast payment. The quality if the bags and accessories they sale are also fantastic and they offer the highest level of customer service. A great many preloved sellers could learn from their example.

Bells & Whistles Luxury are a great company, Sian is a pleasure to work with!

Extremely happy with the gorgeous Dior bag which I bought from Bells & Whistles Luxury, condition exactly as described. Very fast delivery.
Thank you so much Sian and Ryan for your great service!
Will definitely be back and recommend to my friends!

What an amazing company, Bells and whistles far surpasses every preloved company I’ve ever dealt with! This month I have purchased a beautiful prada bag that is exactly as described, coming with an entrupy certificate for added reassurance. All my messages were answered straight away with all the details I needed. My bag came the next day, wrapped carefully and securely. The ordering and the selling process is super duper quick and easy! I’ve sold two bags so far and both experiences were very straight forward. The payment was sent straight to my account the same day they received the bag (no waiting around at all!) Sian is so lovely, it’s like dealing with a friend rather than a company just after your money. Thank you Bells and whistles I really do appreciate your help with my handbag buying and selling this month. I have already recommended you to my friends and family, hopefully I will be back soon once I’ve saved up again!

I recently bought a bag and it was perfect! The condition was exactly as described, the whole process was so easy and the customer service was 10/10. This was my first luxury bag purchase and it was extra special! Thank you again!

Such amazing service! From such an easy order process, quick communication and even quicker delivery (next day by 1pm) just wow! Highly recommend.

I love buying preloved handbags and have for a while.
I come across bells and whistles luxury by luck from browsing on Instagram and wow! I don’t think I will shop anywhere else.
Sian is amazing at what she does she’s super helpful and the process of selling and buying has been so straight forward. Delivery was so fast I ordered and received my bag the next day. I’ve got a few bags from here now and they have all been perfect and exactly as described. Also sold a bag and the process was so simple sent off and money received within 24 hours. Would highly recommend Bells and whistles to anyone thinking of buying preloved or selling. I wish I had found them sooner. Thank you guys again.

5 stars customer experience. I love my new Prada bag and Sian was super helpful and efficient.

Fabulous experience from a wonderful small business. Their attention to detail when describing the beautiful Chanel bag I bought was second to none. Speedy delivery and I would highly recommend this company.

A very pleasent experience from start to finish, Sian was very professional and personable, I wanted to make sure that my preloved rare Chanel bag was going to someone who would appreciate the beauty of it. It was an absolute pleasure and breath of fresh air to come across someone who has so much passion for what they do. I will definitely be using you again, highly recommend

Amazing five star service, the most perfect place to find item that needs a new home. My Mulberry is perfect amazing quality and condition exactly as pictured. Delivery was super quick and the packaging was faultless down to the additional dust bag. Will absolutely be back for more and have recommend to many friends already.

Beautiful bag, (YSL Lou Lou) exactly as described. Fast, effective delivery. Would 100% buy again. Always a great selection to tempt me

Amazing service and ran by such lovely people!! I ordered my bag early one morning and it was shipped that day and arrived the following day. The bag is in great condition and was as described on the website. There was no original box or dust bag as described but they still provided their own branded dust bag which is really good quality.
Thank you so much!!!
