Hi Jerry
Thank you for your review and a 5* rating for your purchase from Bells & Whiskers®! So pleased you're happy with the quality of our products and thank you for letting us know - much appreciated :)
Support local business - their products are better!
I am so glad I came across this small, Notts-based business! All the products are handmade to order and the care and time put into them shows. Really good customer service (thanks Wendy) and all around excellent quality. My two kitties were very comfortable in their harnesses and had lots of freedom of movement thanks to the design. I've even been able to remove the neck strap and use them as collars now that they've grown more confident outdoors - will definitely be back to purchase future collars from here when they outgrow these! If you're in the market for pet accessories then this is your place - let's stop giving our money to billionaires, they have enough already 🙃

Hi Chloe
Thank you so very much for your awesome review & for supporting a small British handcrafting business :)
It's great to hear how happy you are with our customer service & that the harnesses have been performing well to help build outdoor confidence.
We would just like to point out that the neck part of our harnesses are only designed to be used with the full harness as they are side release and not safety breakaway (which are designed to open under tension).
The cherry & rainbow designs for collars are available upon request with breakaway buckles for your adventurous kitties - drop us a line to sales@bellsandwhiskers.co.uk if you'd like further info.
The quality and variety is excellent
The quality and variety is excellent. Needed bespoke service as my cat is quite large. Nothing was too much trouble. My Ragdoll can now go outside safely and in comfort. Definitely recommend. I will never go anywhere else again.

Hi Kenny ☺️
Thank you for your review & happy to hear you think our handcrafted to order products are great!
We do aim to have all orders crafted and dispatched within 4-6 days (excl. weekends + bank holiday) which it looks like we achieved on your order. However, as 'in stock' refers to the fabric we use in the creation of our own products (never 'off the shelf' :) and as we update our website regularly, we'll certainly take your valued feedback into consideration :)

Lovely looking collar and good delivery…
Lovely looking collar and good delivery time. My only little criticism is that I would have liked the collar to have been a bit thicker with a padding or backing of some sort to make it more substantial. But looks lovely and does the job.

Hi Jennifer
Thank you for choosing a 25mm Martingale collar from Bells & Whiskers® and for your review & super feedback! We're so pleased you're happy that the collar does the job & looks lovely too :)
We designed this particular Martingale at 25mm to be a balance between it's hardware & lightweight fabric finish, avoiding nylon fillers typically used in the industry. While our 38mm version has by contrast, very substantial cast brass guides & d-ring, it also benefits from a cotton fabric only finish - but both do have natural fabric cores :)
Hope your pupster enjoys wearing their new handcrafted collar & thank you again for choosing Bells & Whiskers®

Hi there
Thank you for your 5* review & rating :) We're so pleased you found your new collar lovely!
Please note any adornments can be removed by kitty guardians, from all collars or excluded during creation as required. If you also purchased one of our personalised ID tags at the same time, this is also removable.
Disappointing
Disappointing. Within a month the bow tie had collapsed in on itself. I keep trying to pull it back into shape, but it just looked silly. Eventually I gave up, threw it away and bought a lovely tweed tartan one on Amazon.

Hi Janie
This is the first time in nearly five years of crafting & selling bows that we've received this type of feedback, so we'd really have loved the opportunity to understand what was happening, before you disposed of your purchase & to enable a solution.
Our product quality is very closely managed as none of our products are mass produced & all are made to order by our small team, with sustainability at the heart of our business.
As we don't have any record of you reaching out to us on the issue, maybe you took some photographs before disposal that you could send to us? Our email is sales@bellsandwhiskers.co.uk and we'd love the opportunity to assist further. Thank You.
