After two months delay dress has still not arrived.
I paid £45 sterling for a dress from Bellaza Moda, and very nearly two months later the dress has still not arrived. To quote from their emails to me "At this stage, we are unable to issue a refund as the parcel is already processed. Once you have received the item, please contact us if you have any concerns. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you once the order arrives". If the parcel is already processed why have I not received it? They are unable to provide any proof of postage to me, or a tracking number, and I do not believe that it has been sent in the first place.
