My wife ordered a dress, a totally different dress arrived, poor quality, and took a long time to get here. Returns are available but you have to send the dress to CHINA at our own expense. We've not looked yet but it's likely to be more than the dress costs. Also would we trust these to actually return the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Ordered a buffet heating mat in December for $69.99. Still have not received it. Will not return my email for information. This company is a scam.

Buyer beware, product quality is poor. Item received was not as shown on website with respect to color. Material not soft to the touch, scratchy and not comfortable to the touch. More importantly, they do not stand behind their product quality.

I’ve never received the item and their customer service either ignores my emails or gaslights me stating ‘Our records show your item has been delivered to your address’.

They are now called Belevá London as the previous similar name(s) website(s) aren’t available any longer.

Wat een shitbedrijf. Nooit iets bestellen hier, het is gewoon een ordinaire Chinese website met misleidende producten. Ik had een wetsuit besteld. Dus een volledig pak. Krijg ik slechts een shirt toegestuurd. Na veel heen en weer gemail, moest ik een foto opsturen. Hoezo? Ze kunnen toch zien wat ik besteld heb en dat wat op de website staat, een PAK, niet klopt. Bieden die knakkers een korting aan van 20%. Ja daag, ik heb niet gekregen wat ik besteld heb, dus betaal mij het volledige bedrag maar. Naar China retourneren is nl geen optie : verzendkosten véél te duur.
Je bent gewaarschuwd : bestel NIETS bij dit Chinese bedrijf. Grote volksverlakkerij. Zoals bij de meeste Chinese websites.

I paid £80.72 by credit card on 13 May for goods that haven’t arrived. I keep getting polite apologies by email, but am forced to conclude nothing is coming. The transaction was with BellaLondon but the emails from Bellaré London. My credit card won’t deal with scams under £100. Now I’ve seen the Trustpilot reviews I can see it’s a scam I can’t stop via my bank, this seems to be a scam that’s effectively not police able. I’ve signed up to Trustpilot and will check reviews in future. Should have done this years ago.

I’ve put my order one month ago and I didn’t receive anything yet. Nobody’s answering at the phone or email.

Please do not purchase anything from them or the other companies that are still them.
Fraudulent amd if you do receive something it won’t be any good or what you ordered.

All the reviews on their site are fake trust pilot ones too. All written clearly by the same person.

Sent me the wrong colour, the quality was absolutely shocking and won’t refund me and if I want to return it I have to pay for shipping to China.

Do not buy from this company.

Items are exceptionally poor quality and when you request a refund they tell you to return to China, but refuse to give you an address preferring to give a small partial refund instead so are actively discouraging you to return.

Complete scam!

Sent money and got no goods!!! Criminal.

I'm kicking myself as I usually check reviews before making a purchase. Crappy tracksuits, I ordered 2, small sizing, terrible quality and no refund or replacement offered. Total scam, steer clear!!!

SCAM !! Please read here these reviews. This is a scam company. Very very very bad quality products. They do not return or refund. They tell you we give you back 20% of your order value and you can give the item to friend or family !! And the products are so so so bad they are nothing like the pictures. Nothing at all. Please don’t buy. I hope anyone intending will come here to read the reviews.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Wish I’d read the latest reviews as the products I received were shockingly awful. I have requested a refund but honestly don’t think I’ll hear from the company! I spent £80 on 2 products for Christmas presents and the quality is awful- I’d be embarrassed to give them as presents. The items look nothing like they do on the website - I thought I was getting a decent jacket and jumper. Nope. No labels inside, packaged awfully, thin, cheap looking. So disappointed I’ve wasted so much money

Terrible products so very disappointing and cross!! My two jumpers don’t look anything like the photos!!! Very tacky and bad quality! Don’t ever buy from this company as it will be a waste of money!
