Amazing experience with travel, hospital stay, surgery and recovery. I’ve lost 155lbs since my surgery in September of 2019. :) Very happy with BeLite Weight!

This has by far been the easiest most life changing surgery I have ever had. It has totally changed my life. Prior to surgery, I was very worried about the excess skin I would have after weight loss, although I do have some, its minimal compared to the way I look and feel.

From the beginning of this Journey, Jamie and Dana from BeLite Weight were with me every step of the way. They are extremely organized and very responsive to text and emails. From the scheduling of the driver taking me across the border to the doctors and nurses, everything ran extremely smooth and on time and with a pleasant atmosphere. The hospital was immaculate and professionally run. One week post-op, I have already lost 10lbs and Jamie has already called to checked in with me. I would recommend BeLite Weight to anyone tired of waiting on insurance company red tape! This was hands down the best decision I have made!

I want to thank Jami and Belight company for facilitating my bariatric sleeve surgery in Juarez Mexico. Everything went so smooth no stress people at hospital Angeles were compassionate caring the facility was clean transportation over the borders coming and going went very smooth Jami answered all of my questions even the ones that seemed silly to me she would talk to me and me feel very comfortable. Gave me all my information in PDF forms pre-and post op diet supplements list of things to bring with me when I go on the journey to my surgery. Very knowledgeable. Really appreciate how they helped all my anxiety just fall away and I felt very confident Going to another country to have a surgery that already has been life-changing. Thank you to be light and my facilitator Jami for all their compassionate knowledge and support.
And yes I would do it again if I had to and would recommend anyone to use this facilitator and take their journey to better health

In my experience everything went amazing from getting everything organized to travel, surgery, coming home, and recovery everything went phenomenal. Drs, nurses and hospital staff was all amazing and if I had any questions they were answered immediately. Joanne was right there along the whole thing from answering questions before getting a surgery date and to this day if I have any questions she is always there to answer them I couldn’t be any happier my heaviest weight was 370 surgery weight 330 7months post op 210.

All questions answered. Driver did not want to pick us up curbside like he was supposed too when we arrived.
Hospital was very clean.
The consent forms were not explained well. I feel like the consents should have been written in English. I think they should have more staff that speaks English. Though we were able to get by using the translation app.
Overall a good experience!

When searching for an avenue in which to have gastric bypass, I did a lot of research. BeLiteWeight has been amazing. I've even got a friend going in December to have the procedure done as well. You know all the facts upfront. Now, was it weird going to Mexico for surgery...yes. Was it worth it...absolutey! I wish I would have done it 15 years ago. They continue to check in with you and are the go between if you need to communicate with the doctors after surgery. Last Monday was my 6 month anniversary and I'm down 90 pounds!

I had my surgery December of 2020. I have been very pleased with my weight loss. I have lost 107 lbs, and feel so much better. I would recommend anyone thinking about surgery to give BeLight a call. They are very nice and have good information.

This place is the absolute best! From start to finish, they were by my side. My weakest point in life, PAPERWORK, was taken care of. I provided info, they made it look professional and not like an inept person wrote it. I was given clear instructions on what was required of me and they followed up with instructions to the doctors on what was needed. I never had to worry that I didn’t explain the necessary Pre-surgical procedures I needed (bloodwork, EKG’s etc) properly. Once a surgery date was settled on, all arrangements were made and taken care of. All Pre-surgery appointments (in Nevada) transportation to and from where I needed to be was arranged by them, all I ever really had to do was walk downstairs and never had more than maybe a 5 min wait…..if that. Everything was done efficiently but with care. I was never made to feel like I was just another case. At the hospital, the nurses were exceptional. The doctors too, but it’s the nurses who really do all the work. They were kind, caring and did their best to make me comfortable. I read some negative remarks about the hospital where the surgery is done prior to getting there, none of it was true. I found a clean, modern and efficiently run place. The negative comments about the nurses and staff on the surgical floor were also false. My BELITE counselor did not stop calling me right after surgery. She kept in touch and helped me with several issues I had after the fact. The issues were my fault and nothing where BELITE dropped the ball and she still helped me. I felt more like I had a friend than just another client. I’ve lost about 80 lbs since the surgery and it’s the best thing I could have done. I could probably lose more if I didn’t still have some bad food weaknesses. Bottom line is I tried several times and ways to lose weight. Once I decided that it had to be surgery, I could not have found a better place than BELITE to work with before, during and after the procedure. I would give them more than 5 stars if I was able. If you’ve reached the point where you have decided it must be surgery, call BELITE, you’ll be very happy with your decision to do so. My only regret is not finding them sooner.

I was impressed with the service during my procedure and stay. I went with a friend last year and there have definitely been improvements overall in the service, communication, pre-op testing, and post-op visits by the Dr's and staff to the room. I felt more confident in the process, discharge, and ability to access the staff for questions, concerns, and tips from beginning to end. I would recommend BeLiteWeight.

I had a great experience with Belite. No issues, always easy to get a hold of, and down 70lbs in 7 months.

All in all, my experience was great. I had my surgery Feb 19th and have lost 100 lbs in 7 months! I had zero complications and feel amazing! The BeLiteWeight team was great guiding me along the way, the hospital was decent and I felt safe. Thank you for your help to make my life better!!

There are so many emotions that I can’t describe them all. We all need to learn to ask for help, thank
God I finally did! Joanne, answered every question,no matter how stupid it was. She walked me through the process,step by step. I had so many concerns. My First concern was that I never flew before. My second concern was, is Mexico safe. And of course covid. I was so scared, anxious, and nervous. Joanne laid all my fears to rest. My whole experience with BeLite Weight Loss Services was awesome. The ladies at BeLite were absolutely amazing and very supportive and knowledgeable it was an awesome experience. The Taxi Driver taking us from the airport to the hospital all the way to the receptionist was very professional and all the staff in the hospital were so helpful and caring. My surgery was so quick and painless when I was back in my bed recuperating. I had my surgery on Friday afternoon and was home Saturday morning the next day. For those that are scared on having the surgery don’t be. My wife had the surgery over a year ago and went awesome now I got it. Truly truly recommended it. It change my wife’s life and I know is to change my life.
