The whole experience was great. Helpfully staff and very friendly. Most staff members spoke English which really made me feel at home. Felt like I was in the US. Hospital was clean and rooms were nice. Definitely recommending them to friends and family.

This team made my surgery journey so incredibly easy. They encouraged and reassured me through it. I wouldn't have gone through with it if I hadn't trusted them. It was the best decision I have made since deciding to have children. I would do it all over again, too! My mom and I both have had surgery through belightweight and both if us have had our lives changed for the better. If its a "go" for you, then just don't over think it, just do it.

Super easy to use. BeLiteWeight streamlined the process for my gastric sleeve surgery. They were upfront and helpful with the super fast process.

Everyone at BeLite is great (especially my main contact, Jamie!). They are helpful and always there when you have a question. I don't think I could have picked better people to go through for my gastric bypass. When I got to the hospital in Juarez, we were amazed at how clean and beautiful it is. Everyone was nice and attentive. You'll want to use a translating app like BeLite recommends. It's really helpful. Honestly, I don't think the US hospitals can compete with my experience in Mexico. The shuttle service was great as well. Jamie was nice and made our path to and from the hospital easy. Just follow the paperwork and ask questions if you have them.

The surgeons (Dr. Jose Rodriquez Villarreal) and other hospital staff were amazing. They were polite and take the time to ensure you are doing okay.

I'm glad I found them and got to experience something that's part of the beginning of my new self.

The cost was very reasonable. The staff was very helpful from the beginning to the end. The follow-up was great as well. I've lost over 60 pounds in 7 months. My weight loss has been steady when I'm consistent. Consistency is key...I've very pleased with my results so far.

Even though there was a language barrier, the nurses and my team went above and beyond to communicate and help me understand the entire process. Jaime took us straight to the hospital in Juarez and got us checked in. The surgery went very well I was up and walking 5 min after I got back from surgery

Loved everything about belightweight and their team. They were always available to answer questions or concerns. They were with me every step of the way, but without making me feel overwhelmed. The hospital and the employees were just as amazing as well. I am super happy that I decided to go for it.

Very good communication before and after surgery. All questions were answered. The day of arrival, had a great guy picking us up and taking us straight to the hospital. Everyone was very nice and guided us to where we were going. Everything was very safe and all team members at the hospital were very nice, calming and very helpful to any and all needs. They don’t bother you when you want privacy. Hospital was pretty new it seemed. Very clean, very secure and again I can’t say enough about all staff members. They were younger and very knowledgeable. I love how you have everything you need from the moment you make you decision to have your Surgery. From pre-op/post-op material, to doctors, to help from the company, have all been instrumental in a very successful surgery results. BeLIteWeight has left no stone unturned when it come to caring about their customers, all staff and Doctors are so integral to their program. Doctor Rodriguez and his team are brilliant , let me just say Dr. Rod had the hands of an angel.

I was referred to this company by a previous patient. The minute I spoke with Joanne, she got the ball rolling, and within three days I had a surgery date. The gentleman that picked us up at the airport and took us across the border knew exactly what he was doing and guided us the whole way to the hospital, was very professional stayed with us until I got checked into my room. The staff at that hospital were awesome, just a little language barrier, but nothing a translator app couldn’t take care of. It’s been five months and one day and I’ve lost 71 pounds. I was able to get off all of my medication. I wish I would’ve known this was available to me many many years ago. I am living my best life as I continue my weight loss journey.
