1 star is more than they deserve. Scam company! The shoes were terrible quality and nowhere near the size I ordered. Returns are £35 despite the fact they send you goods not fit for purpose.
Avoid at all cost
Bought a pair of leather mules they looked lovely BUT on arrival they were squashed in a bag and on opening definitely not what I ordered they were cheap plastic terrible. Contacted company to be told it would cost me 35.00 to return as you send back to China .
I bought from UK based web site so after numerous emails I got PayPal to step in and won and full refund.
Belezza - I would avoid
I would avoid this company. They use a UK tag to their name but suspect they are Chinese. They quote orders take 1-5 days to process and deliveries 1-5 days. Mine took 17 days overall and missed the event for which the product was bought. When it did arrive it didn’t look like the picture in length or knit. Trying to get a refund is impossible - you just get constant 20% discount, free second item offers over and over again. So very similar to many Chinese companies because shipping back is just not feasible.
Also, the product I bought said cashmere blend but the label says 100% polyester which is why the product looks naff.
Avoid this company is my advice.

Like many others, I wish had bothered to read reviews before ordering. Goods very sub-standard and the cost to return is virtually the same as any refund. So I'm taking my (polyester) shirt to the local charity shop where it might fetch a couple of £ if they're lucky!!!

Never ever by from this company- if you would like to return item, because it’s not what you expected you will going to have big big problem, because they will not let you do it - just write and write to you about so sorry and offering 20% refund and keep an item. They are broking rules - consumer protection laws - and must pay for it.

would not give me a return address to evaluate return costs but offered another product we refused it then started offering discounts and replacement products of higher values which we refused due to the quality of our purchase in the end we reluctantly accepted 50 % off as i could see where it was going they have refunded the money which is quite a suprise will never buy again without reading reviews this company needs taking down will report to trading standers
Hopeless
I only wish I had referred to this review site before ordering a Panama hat. I thought I was dealing with a UK based company and delivery would be quick. Not so. Goods travel from China, received almost 2 weeks after ordering.The panama hat packed into a flimsy plastic bag and arrived misshapen, folded, battered and bruised looking nothing like the illustrated item , and completely unusable. Now I will have to deal with all the hassle of a return.
Trashy clothing not as described
The items took a long time to arrive and when they did the quality was terrible. I'm sure the fabrics are not what they described on the website although there are no labels on the items. One of the dresses was shown with an applique flower design but what came looked like a duster or nightgown with a tie dye pattern!
I exchanged a series of messages with customer service and in the end accepted a discount. This was to avoid having to pay expensive postage to return. Next stop the charity shop because I wouldn't wear this trash.

Cowboy outfit - don't touch it
11 day wait for "silk" shirt.
Finally received cheap 100% polyester garment which bears no resemblance to what I ordered.
Several emails later company still refuses to honour their 100% refund guarantee, instead saying it will cost £35 to return it.
Taking horrible thing to Oxfam where it belongs and writing off my 25 quid to experience.

Really bad company ,
Really bad company , I ordered a top without checking delivery date. It wouldn’t have come in time. So I sent a message to cancel it moments after I’d ordered. They said I could have a refund and would get a email in a couple of days saying it’s been issued.When the refund never arrived I contacted them to ask if I wasn’t getting a refund could they send the top and they just haven’t responded. They literally stole my money.

I stupidly ordered a leather bag
It is not leather
It is faux leather- fake

The same bag on another site Shein is just under £3 and advertised correctly as faux leather. I asked to return it immediately on delivery as I did not like the bag and it was not any type of leather as advertised. It was awful

After 4 emails where they wanted photos of the bag etc
they said it would cost me up to thirty five pounds to return it which makes no sense.

If you have just bought something from them you have my commiserations. In my case I bought a hat allegedly made out of Toquilla straw. What arrived, in a plastic bag, was a hat that declared itself to be made out of paper. I had first realised I was in for difficulties when I saw that it was being dispatched from China; somewhat strange for a UK company.
Belezza.UK will not be keen to refund you and they certainly will not send you a return postage label (unless you are prepared to pay £35 for it). You may mention the word fraud, but they will offer you choice of another product you don't want or a 20% refund (this % will increase as their Kafkaesque chain of emails progresses). They will thank you for reaching out to them, fully understand your problem and feel sympathy for your concerns......
Eventually, if you are an unreasonable customer who wants their money back, they will become passive/aggressive.
Hopefully, you will have paid them through a card company that will not tolerate their kind of merchandising and you will get a refund without their help.
If you haven't bought from them, but have a weird sense of humour - then go ahead. Otherwise avoid them like the plague and count your blessings for having checked them out before making that purchase of an unmissable paper hat.....
Poor quality clothing, worse customer service
Same as the other reviews (which I wish I'd read first).
Quality of product is awful and customer service is worse. Purchased a pair of what looked like quality mules. Too big and cheaply made. Asked for a refund and they offered for me to keep them and order another for free in correct size. I declined, so they offered a further discount. I declined and asked for a refund and they made it impossible for me to get my money back. Offered a further discount on another item. Didn't have the appetite to keep going back and fourth so ordered what looked like a quality black jacket for free. Just receive it and its cheap and nasty. Wouldn't even be able to sell it on Vinted for less than £10.
No wonder they're closing down. AVOID!

They DO NOT want to refund you, even if the shoe is too small. Only option is a 20% or fears of spending at least £35 to return on a £35 product.
The product received was also completely different to the one advertised AND utter cheap rubbish.
Save yourself some energy and just avoid them.

I suspect the real company has been scammed! Because I order shoes £49.99 in the sale looked lovely and received substandard rubbish shoes 2 sizes smaller and I'm having great difficulty sending them back because the warehouse is in china!! Not UK .. avoid at all costs they refuse to give the advertised 30 day full return guarantee back instead try to negotiate a low % back
Beware - dreadful company
Do not buy from this dreadful company. The goods are awful and when you request a return they try everything to avoid providing you with a returns address - asking for measurements of the items, then offering a replacement/complimentary item/partial refund allowing you to keep the item you don't want. After several emails a returns address was provided in China. I asked for a UK return address in line with their obligations under UK law but they have repeatedly failed to provide one, insisting that all returns must be sent to their warehouse in China. I have reported them to the UKICC and Trading Standards.

Avoid this company, they mislead you with the items advertised. I ordered a Panama Hat made from Toquilla Straw. What arrived was a Paper hat made in China. Belezza UK? Not from the UK, cheap inferior products sent from China. Customer Services suggested the return was at my cost, even though they supplied a cheap rubbish product. Do NOT buy from these conmen. They offered a 20% refund or a free (rubbish) product to the same value. Funnily enough they didn’t actually offer to send me a Toquilla Straw Panama. Have let my credit card company recover my losses via PayPal.
