Title: Refused cancellation, poor quality shoes, and no proper refund offered

I had a very disappointing experience with Beige Rue.

I attempted to cancel my order within 1 hour, however they refused and said it had already been dispatched, despite their stated cancellation timeframe.

When the shoes arrived, they were substandard quality, had no arch support, and were too loose/unstable. They were only tried on indoors, not worn outside.

I requested a refund, but Beige Rue repeatedly refused a full refund and instead offered changing “goodwill” options such as partial refunds (10%–25%) or store credit, or replacement items. They also provided a return address in China and advised return shipping would cost around AUD $50–$70, while also suggesting returns may not be accepted.

Overall, the process felt like constant delaying and pressure to accept store credit or a small partial refund rather than a proper resolution.

I would recommend being extremely cautious before purchasing, especially if you expect a straightforward return/

DO NOT SHOP HERE… The dress I purchased has poor stitching, smells, is improperly sized and doesn’t look like the photos. It took ages to arrive and obviously did not come from Australia.

I did receive my order from a Vathey P/L CC Li & Jiang in China. After 3 months of emails of lies from Jane and Jane V of Beige Rue. The dresses -supposedly cotton - were of such poor quality I tossed them into the rag pile. The label was cut off so I have no idea of the fabric. I plead with anyone - avoid this company.

Absolute garbage. Bought a shirt that was nothing like the photo. Inferior quality fabric and Bad design. Chucked it the bin

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing sandals from this very bad company. Very poor quality, badly fitting, uncomfortable but, worst of all is the lack of after sale service, offering very little to totally ignoring. Don't go near this company.

Absolute scam - the dress i was sent was so far removed and disgusting from what I ordered and all you get is AI email replies

Maybe read the reviews before thinking that this company is legit. I've had better items from Temu for half the price and twice the postage speed (ordered 5th Feb)
They advertised orthopedic shoes for $50, and they were nothing more than cheap plastic they creased straps. I bought $6 sandals from Temu and loved them. As for the dress, very flimsy material, practically safer, and very itchy. Everything was delivered in a plastic bag. I absolutely should have read the reviews on they said not packed the hundred dollars that I did. And that wasn't even the Australian conversion. It says that this place is australian, but everything comes from China and all the workers work out of the netherlands. So what if you're buying doesn't even get paid for in Australian dollars!!!
Save yourself the click and money and go to Temu

Garment was of very poor quality. The print on fabric was like looking at something out of focus. It was so overpriced, I expected a quality item for what I paid.
Requested a return and refund, but was offered an other item of my choice and to keep garment..that says it all!

I purchased a pair of comfortable shoes for my Mum and they fit her perfectly. My Mum has rheumatoid arthritis on her right foot and she was able to fit her foot in the shoe.

They are soft to touch on the outside and the soles are sturdy. Thankyou so much. Happy customer.

The listing showed an image of a moonstone crystal shaped like a fox. I received 3 pieces of plastic in the shape of a fox with a fox sticker thrown on them. Completely misleading images on the listening, probably made with AI. Huge Scam - stay away!

Trying to get a refund on shoes that are too narrow. Seems to take forever and keeps going round in circles. Don’t buy from this company!

Ordered product beginning of Jan 2026. Was sent the wrong one. Wrote to them who politely insinuated 'too bad, suck it up'. Have been writing to them and PayPal ever since with the evidence included and I'm now left to grovel for a return of my funds. I did return their product at my expense with a tracking postage and when after 3 weeks they still didn't do anything I emailed them again and they advised I needed to contact their customs department in China to find out what was going on. I live in Australia and I'm expected to do their job for them. Paypal isn't helping much either.
Definitely scammers, swindlers, shysters and whatever other term you can come up with.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. PAYPAL SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE KNOWING AFTER INVESTIGATION BEIGE RUE HAVE RESTRICTED PAYMENT PLAN WITH THEM . Currently under investigation. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM LIARS PRODUCTS SHIT AND WHOLE EXPERIENCE BIG SCAM

One of the dresses was not the same as what was pictured/advertised on their page. The colour was wrong and the print was wrong. The material felt so cheap that you may as well just buy from places like Shein and not pay the big price that I did. I should I have read reviews before purchasing from this website because I know now that I won’t be able to return/refund my items. They have not returned any of my emails. The tracking service they used were imile which I believe is what Shein/Temu also use. So they are just overpriced clothing and poor quality from this website.

Absolutely do not purchase from this store. Ongoing issues with refusal to refund. Can not state this enough …do not buy anything from this store. When asked for a full refund they said that returning shipping to China (not any of the addresses on the website) will be 50-70AUD and they could give a 15% refund. Awful quality

Store doesn't offer refunds for incorrect sized clothes. Want to charge for returns and offer store credit. Once you receive an item you certainly wont go back for a second shop. Poor quality. Poor Experience. Look elsewhere

Absolute scam, can’t believe I didn’t realise. Appalling workmanship, no quality whatsoever, about ten sizes too small, I just looked at it in amazement…I never fall for stuff like this. Clearly isn’t Australian, clearly came from China. Quality prob worse than Temu but you’ll pay about five times as much for complete and utter crap. Don’t touch with a barge pole. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

I would like to return the pants I bought. For $69.95. Not cheap, however the product might as well have come from a thrift shop.

I read the return policy only to find that even though this shop has a Dutch address, the return has to be sent to California!!! At your own expense. The packaging states the return address as YW Co. Ltd PO Box 6014 Chullora NSW (if undeliverable) a suburb of outer Sydney Australia.
Something is seriously wrong here folks, don’t waste your time and money.
