Honestly so so disappointed. Ordered 5th may, 14 day turn around turned into several emails and "live chat"
Had an email back saying it will be delivered Monday 24th to JUST have an email saying the order has been cancelled and a refund would be issued. I was told to check trust pilot for reviews as others have had issues, but I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt but it's now happened to me.
I cant understand why all these orders have been cancelled.
I was so willing to support paige and the staff but after this it's a no no.
I feel like this was a massive scam!

Would give no stars if i could. Ordered over a month ago still no parcel. And they don't reply to emails or live chats and deletes your comments on social media avoid at all costs. On doing some research i see this has happened to alot of people
Order cancelled after 8 weeks
Ordered a tumbler set for my daughter and I. Money taken immediately yet order never received. After 3 emails which were ignored my order was cancelled without my request and my refund cleared yesterday. No communication, poor service, failure to fulfil orders.
Apart of my order is very clearly for a little girl. It's disgusting to take money, fail to communicate and then cancel people's orders.
Dont waste your time
Took about 40 days to come. I these times there's no excuse for this kind of delivery time scale. If you cant meet the demand either take sales off your site or employ more staff! Ridiculous. Also after looking around most places are cheaper and you can design your own which will come in like 3/5 days.

Absolutely shocking!
Absolutely shocking!. My first ever order i waited weeks for which turned up wrong!. I then decided to give them another chance as they had a sale on so placed an order on 26th April. Last week I emailed them no reply so then I done a live chat again now reply! The website stated my order was fulfilled ( which wasn't the case). As I then got a notification saying my order had been cancelled. Very disappointing no communication yet had my money and order for nearly 7 weeks yet i don't get my order. Some of them was gifts!. AVOID this company. I just hope I get my money back. If you search their company on Facebook you'll see another post with loads of comments from people still waiting for refunds from February! They've been blocked. If I could give no stars I would!
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I ordered in March, I have chased up twice with no reply. Then I was sent a fake Royal Mail email 2 weeks ago to say it’s been posted, today I’ve received an email to say my order has been cancelled.
I wouldn’t touch this company! Avoid!

I've placed 2 orders here and been messed around on both occasions, my first order was severely delayed in both processing and transit, and then when it finally arrived it was wrong I had someone else's order, I had to forward this on to the intended recipient myself causing inconvenience and further delays. They also had my order and had to do the same, this is a breach of GDPR in itself!
Thought I'd give them another go and order some more bits as they were very apologetic, this was nearly 2 months ago, I never actually got the order! I messaged and this was it usual tedious process of waiting an eternity for a reply, in the end I was promised it would be resent no later than the Friday just gone, it wasn't! I heard nothing at all, no tracking as promised so I chased this and yet again no response (all the while they are frequently posting to advertise their premises launch or irrelevant tiktok videos) then today I've received an email that the orders been cancelled! My cancellation email also states it hasn't been refunded so we shall see.
What I really cannot understand is why they've made the decision to cancel orders that have been in their system for MONTHS whilst they lied to customers and string them along, whilst they focus on events and other things yet they are STILL happy to accept NEW orders?? These orders were sold with a 14 day turnaround advertised! Really disappointed in how everything has been handled.

I never thought I would be rating a company a 1 star. Unfortunately, I ordered on April 26th. I contacted way after the 14 day turn around and a week later was assured it would be out by the following Friday (I was very polite and understanding when conversing with Paige). However, order has now been cancelled by them due to mental health. The problem I have is, you can’t go around saying you took too many orders on April 10th when you then listed a half price sale on all products, on April 26th, that doesn’t make sense.
I would say I hope she learns from this mistake but unfortunately it seems she has done this many times before, so she knows what she’s doing. Money over all else will make you fall in end. Avoid at all costs.

Shocking service. Ordered on the 10th April, had two lots of tracking from royal mail both fake. Paige had made a video saying these were automated as where the review emails that were sent out a week after ordering! I had to send my bank proof the items weren't received. The bank sent paige a refund authorisation which she failed to accept. After 9 weeks I eventually got my money back! I then recieved a email 4 days later to say she cancelled the order!!! So she never did send it nor had the intentions. Maybe instead of doing tik tok videos- spending days at the gym she should send out orders! We are buying her work premises and fancy new home while she takes our hard earned money!
Avoid at all cost- no sob story will make me buy from you again ! Nor will your home town of stafford feel sorry for you.

Had made an order earlier in the year and although it was delivered late, I wasn't too bothered. Quality of cups are good but design on them isn't great.
I then placed an order on 26th April and was told 14 working day turnaround for delivery. Absolutely fine. 15th may comes along and still nothing. So I send a message and was told massive intake was made on 10th April so they're really behind but they're on it. I then enquired again a week later and told delivery will be 7th June at the latest. Still nothing received so I raised a dispute for a refund. 3 of the items were for birthdays that happened 3 weeks ago!
Everyone's received an email stating that the owners mental health has taken a decline but the website should be closed down. This has been going on for years apparently.

Nothing shows in mine still
Absolutley disgusted the way this company has now put it down to health when theyv taken so many peoples money and held an event at the new property!

I placed an order for the live and subway box on the 29th April, made my choices for the subway box and then during the live won a free tumbler which I ordered on the 30th April. To me it seems like Paige has favourites on who actually gets the orders, I understand there was delays regarding processing orders due to a massive influx of orders but to then have to chase up live chat every other day and have posts deleted off the Facebook group is ridiculous. My order (30/04/2025) has now been cancelled with no explanation or communication. Seriously disappointed as I’ve seen great reviews before this.

Placed an order on 29th April (6 weeks ago) have been asking for the past week for an update with no response. I even commented on the posts on Facebook groups and they got deleted. Receive an email today saying my order has now been cancelled. Very unprofessional and rude. Will not be using again.
Don’t bother, you won’t receive your order
Ordered twice on 10th April 2025, it’s now 10th June 2025 and still no orders, no update and messages in chat not being responded too. I have even commented on the Facebook group to have my comments deleted!! I would like a refund please!!! Once I am refunded I will remove this review. People don’t order from them, you’ll get your first couple orders and then you won’t get any orders. You’ll be ignored too

Small business finding its feet
This is a SMALL business, not a corporation. We all have to learn to be a bit more patient. They've
had a lot of problems with all kinds of other companies they rely on to despatch orders and it honestly sounds like a nightmare. I for one am happy that we are finally seeing new businesses have success and occupying properties in our town centre. Also, lots of pink 🌸🌺🌷!!
