Online shopping was easy. I had a few very technical questions and they were answered in a couple of hours with the email help desk.
I didn't feel like they nickel-and-dimed me with 1,000 options for coatings and lens materials.
I found the same frames at my local optician office and tried them on first, Oakley Ti Socket in black.

Price was much better than local office and both were using my insurance. Amazing.

Found this site because they took my insurance, got 2 glasses and a pair of sunglasses for a very reasonable price. Customer service reached out to make sure I submitted all the necessary information and they arrived less than 2 weeks later. The glasses fit great, my prescription was correct, and they even sent the non-persciption lenses from the manufacturer for my sunglasses (which is a curtesy I've never received as now I could gift the sunglasses to anyone else when it's time for a new pair)

Befitting on-line order experience was greater than expected. They sent me an email letting me know what to expect from them as well as when my order should arrive. Arrived sooner than expected.

Progressive lens as expected from online order. Delivered at reasonable time. Care information included and in simple instructions. Packing excellent to prevent damage. No surprise fees !

Getting prescription glasses from Befitting was a great experience. Not only did they accept my insurance, lowering the total price significantly, but I also received them within 2 weeks of ordering. I would definitely buy from them again. As for the optical quality, I've had better lenses, but these are better than average. Just don't expect high-end.

Highly recommend! I used my insurance to purchase my glasses and I love how transparent and easy the process was to get my $400 (w/o prescription) YSL glasses for $168 (w/ prescription). I ordered my glasses and took my eye exam all in the span of 24 hours before my plan started over and I was very pleased with the service. I have recommended this website to family and friends!!

My glasses exceeded my expectations. Not only did my insurance pay for the transition and progressive lenses (something ALL other providers told me I personally had to pay for), but the quality of the frames and the clarity of the lenses was exceptional. I will definitely use Befitting again.

I really enjoyed using the website to do the virtual try on of eyeglasses. That feature really helped me find the right pair for my face. I liked that they took my insurance and had a big selection of glasses. It was difficult to narrow down my choices but I am very pleased with the pair I recieved. It took a few days to get my prescription verified and then order confirmed. But once it was I received my glasses quickly - much faster than going in person to a store. Thanks so much for a great shopping experience and I hope to use befitting again next year when it's time for a new pair.

I usually paid $200-$400 for eyeglasses with insurance. This is my first time using Befitting, and the total cost was $30. I love my glasses - the variety of brand name selections at low cost is amazing. I will definitely be using them every year. Their customer service is the best at responding to my questions.

I liked the virtual try on feature which made shopping a lot easier! I’m pleased with my purchase, which didn’t take any longer than it would have if I had purchased them at the optometrist. The fit is great, the prescription is great, and the overall look works well with my face shape! Love my new frames!

If you want to wait 2 weeks to find out that your lenses won't fit in the perfect frames that you spent 2 hours looking for, then this is your place. Also, the last pair of Tony hawk frames and lenses that I ordered ended up having the scratch protection non-uniformly wear off so that it obscures my vision because Befitting apparently uses a paint on product instead of a baked-in. It's also super annoying to try to add frames and products to your "favorites" only to have to sign in plus then pick features of the product to do so, when it's just a pair of frames. I should be able to "favorite" a pair of frames without having to pick all kinds of options before favoring it. At the end of the day, I paid the $100 more via my optometrist rather than deal with Befitting which had frames and lenses for less. I hated the customer service and I didn't trust the quality.

Ordered my glasses from this place on August 15, 2024. On September 10, they claimed they delivered my glasses. No glasses were delivered. I emailed them and they told me to look around my neighborhood…seriously? It’s been almost a month to get a pair of glasses and now they are lost?
I’ll never use this clown show again. I guess I’m out the money spent.

Befitting canceled my order with no warning after two weeks of waiting. I had submitted all the information in one email and never heard a thing. Suddenly I got a call saying my order was canceled. They said they called twice before today to "warn" me but there is no record on my phone of any other calls, nor did they email me. I'm very disappointed and will not try this place again.

If it’s true that my prescription falls “outside” of Befitting’s parameters they could have told me that the day i submitted my prescription. Why wait two weeks then cancel me without warning?

Great selection, and seamless ordering process. I received my glasses in my mailbox within 2 weeks of the order being placed.
