I’ve spent more than a year working with an agency specializing on Global Talent visas, after getting multiple rejections for my application and failed reviews/appeals I contacted Nadia for another attempt to get the endorsement. I was impressed with the depth of engagement and time spent analyzing my experience and background to make sure I can present it in the best possible way. Strategy and Review packages were used and I personally think that this is the best combination if you are looking to get your endorsement as fast as possible.

The strategy package really helped me to see the difference between OC1 and OC2 criteria specifically for my experience and background and decided to go with OC1, which was a bit risky, because innovation is not explained well in the Tech Nation guide and very subjective criteria. Despite this, Nadia guided me on how to explain innovation in a 3-page document, so that it will be easy to understand by a Tech Nation case worker. I ended up choosing MC+OC1+OC3.

In the Review package, the amount and the quality of feedback I got for my documents well exceeded my expectations and this was a key to the success. I basically got an "external/third-party/caseworker" read of my documents before submitting my application. The review package also helped me to rebalance my application to make MC, OC1 and OC3 documents a really good story - consistent and well-connected.
