Really happy with overall service and products. Was a little wary buying from a company on line and spending over £1000 but happy we did it. Purchased a super king bed frame and a double bed frame and mattress. Really happy with quality of products.
Instructions where a little hard to follow as we ordered ottoman beds so had to YouTube a video as not all pieces we had were on the instructions so I would advise BedsNK to maybe look into that.
Communication was good and delivery quick and friendly.
Overall will definitely use again.

I have just moved house and bedsnk delivered super quickly . The bed is absolutely gorgeous, well made and the mattress is really comfortable . Their customer service was brilliant and answered all of my questions super fast. I highly recommend this company , you will not be disappointed by them. Very happy with my new bed!

Hands down the best bed company I have done business with. Upgraded to super king size for first time due to having a little one we can’t get out our bed. The bed is good & comfortable,also the delivery was quick and delivered on date .they also called when you where 1/2hour away so that you could get organised for them arriving 👍

Really good quality bed I’m so pleased with it and the mattress is also perfect! Just wish the driver delivered it inside instead of leaving it outside my door but other than that fast delivery and amazing bed

I recently received two beds, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Delivery was impressively fast, and the couriers not only brought everything in but also handled the setup, which was a huge help.

There was a slight issue during the setup, but it was addressed and resolved immediately without any hassle — a true sign of reliable service. The whole process was efficient and stress-free, and the beds are just what I was hoping for.

Good quality bad for a reasonable price.

I wasn’t sure on what colour to buy my bed as in different lighting the bed looked different colours, so I contacted the company and a lovely lady sent me lots of different beds in the same colour so I knew I was sure in what colour to buy. The company made sure everything was going smoothly by making sure before the bed was delivered that it would fit up my stairs. After a few days I set my bed up the team gave me a message to see if I had set it up and to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I also bought a mattress with my bed and it’s super comfy! Great company would definitely recommend and buy again in the future!
