Ordered a bed from this useless company, was not delivered and had to cancel the order and request refund. I was told refund and confirmation email would be issued by end of working day, was never recieved what a surprise!! so phoned again and they are no longer answering the phone, no customer service or main sales number, im thinking they blocked my number. So raised a dispute with paypal, going by the amount of aweful reviews and paypal claims im sure paypal will deal with the issue. If you dont want major hassle DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered a silver crushed velvet base and mattress. Arrived but when unpacked I had a small double(4ft)base but the mattress was a double and overhangs by 6". Contacted them. All I get is we will exchange when we have a van in area. That must be 2 months ago now.

A lot of very poor reviews for this company. I ordered a bed online from beds.net on Tuesday 29th. June and It was delivered on Sat. 3rd July. Within their 3-5 day delivery promise for free delivery.
The bed was exactly as ordered and pretty good quality for the very reasonable price.
Overall, my experience of using this company is very good and I would certainly use them again when in the market for a new bed.
My only criticism is a lack of communication from them regarding confirmation of order and delivery schedule.

Been waiting on refund for weeks now. Told i would get refunded today, n amazingly the phone just goes dead after pressing either of the options. Tried both numbers too. I will be taking the matter further. Not happy at all. 🤬🤬🤬 I wouldnt even give a 1 star, but got to otherwise cant leave review. Fuming!!! 🤬🤬

I got the bed 2 weeks late after calling a few times. Than after 2 weeks after having tje bed. The base broke. Called them they said they would send a new base . Never got it . What should l do now

Awful company, I would never buy from them again. Ordered a bed meant to be next day delivery and didn’t come for 2 weeks. When it did come it was the wrong size so called back an hour later to tell them. I have waited for 5 weeks for this to be picked up numerous phone calls to be told they aren’t in the area. When I call they just say it will be collected this week with no clear pick up date, just say they will call the day before. Each week I call they say the same, still no refund and still not been picked up. Extremely poor company worst I’ve ever come across! They have no idea what they are doing and happy to keep customers money with not a care to resolve the issue when it is their fault.

Ordered a bed over 3 weeks ago and the website said 3-5 day delivery. Still no bed in sight. Also never even received a confirmation email of my order until I called and had to ask for one, at which I was sent a screenshot of a page of their order system. I've spoken to them on the phone 7 times and have been told various things from "the bed will be delivered next week" to then "I don't know why they said that, it's not even in stock". They shouldn't have license to call themselves a company, there is absolutely no organisation between them and no understanding of how to provide good service. I have requested a refund so just waiting to see how many times I'll have to ring this time for this to be done...

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. After two weeks they couldn’t deliver my item and offered a refund. I still haven’t been refunded and every time I call they say the business owner has to do it but he never seems to come in to be able to do it, keep getting fobbed off. Do not waste your time or energy, total scam! Luckily I had paid with PayPal who I have escalated it to and hopefully they will be able to take my money back from them. On their website it says “trusted by 1000’s” which is an absolute joke and yet another lie! Avoid!!!!

no no no FORGET THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE STOLEN A LOT OF MONEY FROM A LOT OF PEOPLE IT SEEMS, NOT JUST ME. They are disgusting people. will not give refund. if only they were quick enough to give a refund as they are to collect it and take it back!!!!!!! waited over three weeks for refund, they say it’s gone in last week but i don’t know what to do as it still is not in my account. :(

I bought a small double divan, which arrived early not on the day which I requested. The bed was left leaning up against my listed 16th century cottage, blocking the front.
The divan base was damaged and in order to return received no reply to my email. Eventually I was told that I had to arrange fir it to be returned and was recommended a courier company. After a cost of £125 I then had to for s several weeks chasing them fir my refund. I eventually used requested the refund through a PayPal claim, which was successful. They are currently refusing to re-emberse me for the courier cost.
DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!

I BOUGHT MEMORY FOAM PILLOWS BECAUSE IT WAS DISCRIPTED AS BEST SELLING PILLOWS. WHEN THEY ARRIVED I REALISED THEY WEREN'T MEMORY FOAM, THEY HAD BALLS OF FOAM NOT MEMORY AT ALL PLUS DISCRIPTION ON THEM WERE TOTALLY DIFFERENT. I SENT BACK ON THE SAME DAY I RECEIVED. I'VE BEEN WAITING 19 DAYS NOW FOR REFUND AND THEY WONT LET YOU SPEAK TO MANAGER. I'VE RANG AND MESSAGED SO MANY TIMES AND THEY SAY THE SAME THING EVERY TIME, "THE MANAGER IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN GIVE YOU A REFUND AND HE ONLY WORKS TWICE A WEEK". THEY HAVE BREACHED THEIR CONTRACT WITH ONLY WAITING 3-5 DAYS BULL S HIT, I DOUBT I'LL SEE THAT MONEY AGAIN ROBBING Ba STARDS. I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE ONE STAR BUT HAD TO TO BE ABLE TO GIVE REVIEW. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. S CAMMERS!!!!!!

I ordered the bed on Monday morning,got phone call on wed saying it would be here on Thursday between 8-1pm
It turned up at 8.30 on Thursday morning, everything I ordered was here
The bloke delivered it very nice
Would defo order again

Ordered a bed and 2 mattresses with this company before reading all reviews.was a little worried but to be fair they kept in contact and order was delivered early.happy with my purchase bed looks lovely and mattresses are really comfy.bit tricky to assemble but you get what you pay for.cash on delivery is probably the best option.

Terrible company! Divan bed delivered eventually, made with cardboard. Obviously broke in no time. Was told a refund would be issued on collection. Placed the bed out the front on collection day as asked. Never collected, been promised it would be rearranged urgently, weeks later still no collection even with daily chasing. Asked for a refund and we would dispose of the bed ourselves, no they couldn't do that. Asked to talk to customer services/ manager ...no such person exists. Wouldn't even give one star! Scammers!!!!!

Awful company do not use keep your money and dont deliver, had too wait for PayPal too refund my money , should be shut down!!!

FRAUDSTERS, SCAMMERS. This company don't exist. They don't answer phones, occasionally get a few words in response to an email just saying 'delay'. I have opened a dispute with my bank but they still do nothing. Reporting them to Action Fraud. Don't buy!

Bed is really comfortable. I didn't have such a good sleep for ages. Very quick delivery and professional customer service.

Poor company think it a scam..ordered a bed and never came I tried ringing them every day for.a week and no answer avoid at all cost

I ordered a bed and was ment to be delivered today and i had no traking number so i sent them a email and it came back as the email address didnt exist. So i phone the number and was told they dont know when the bed was going to b delivered. Im so glad i was going to pay cash on delivery and didnt send them any money. Please dont order from them
