I ordered my furniture in the summer time and it did state that they would only be getting more stock in October. I was ok with this and went ahead and paid . Then in October I was sent an email saying it was now going to be December before I would receive it. Again I was ok as I liked what I had chosen, but did say if it was any longer I wanted my money back. Beginning of December I finally got the furniture, but when trying to put the legs on I noticed one didn’t have a screw in it for me to attach it onto the draws. I emailed straight away and the day after I got an apology. I was asked to take a photo which I did and they had a new leg with me before the end of the week. So I had a couple of issues but on the whole I think they did their best so I thank the company

Wow! What a gorgeous chair. The delivery drivers were lovely and helpful and were excellent problem solvers (trying to get it through the door) The chair is huge and comfy. Would definitely order again.

I haven’t used the beds as yet they seem ok but the feet look rather flimsy! Hard the get the second bed underneath with the better mattress on One bed arrived with a rip in the lining. I had asked for them to be delivered upstairs but they didn’t and were left blocking my hallway! Not a great experience with this company

We had been searching for a trundle bed that accommodated deep 3 ft mattresses.The order was simple to make and we were glad we opted for the extra charge to take the bed to the bedroom and also to assemble it and take the packaging away. It was delivered in the time frame given. The delivery drivers were friendly and polite and respected our property. Please thank them. We are very pleased with our purchase. Really good idea to be able to zip them together, worth the extra cost.

I paid for assembly, it took a week for them to tell me this wasn't an option. I had to chase to get the refund. I'm still waiting on a delivery date. Terrible service. I hope when/if the furniture arrives it's good quality

Ordered a couple of chest of drawers, came just in the 6 week window but I did have a couple of updates.
Flat pack with good instructions , we did have a little trouble with the drawers but that was us!
Overall very happy and would order from them again

Despite being horrendous weather and towards the end of a very long day the bed arrived and the men were very friendly and put up the bed quickly and efficiently. They rang an hour before they arrived which was helpful too. Everything was taken away. Recommend. The bed is as I expected. Appears robust.

My bed has arrived but the rest of my bedroom furniture hasn’t arrived and there has been no communication.

The service is okay at best, the furniture turned up damaged, after already taking nearly two weeks to turn up, then had to wait another 5 days to assemble furniture, which also we found had another damaged panel but ended up using as we had to get furniture set up in bedroom.
The bedroom furniture is very cheaply built and Wardrobe doors are bowed as well.

Fabulous wardrobes, easy to assemble, and look beautiful, very very pleased! Customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend.

My order was over 3 weeks late which I appreciate was not your fault, but I contacted you on 5 occasions to chase things up and was told that you would come back to me with an update, not once did you do that.

I booked the 'room of choice' service, the delivery driver was on his own and would only delivery to the front door of the apartment block.

I am very unhappy with your service and will not be recommending Bed Kings to anyone.

I haven’t got the delivery as yet dpd states still waiting so a little early to ask
